The food was good and we didn't have to wait to long for our food. We used a few coupons here and very patient with us. Lol
There service seems to be improving! But not compared to other Mc Donald's! Keep improving Gladwin!
Everytime I go at least one thing is messed up. This time I asked for a large water among a few other small simple things... because it was 90 degrees out and wanted ice water for my pups. Poured it into their dish and they luckily didn't drink becausethey gave me sprite! Read more
The wait and quality and service is always terrible. It seems as though not one of them really know what they're doing. The... manager helped my experience by fixing rewards account issues. There's a young gentleman that just started working there not toolong ago who is very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. I live in town and for 5 years have mostly had unpleasantexperiences. Last year i remember one young man was misunderstanding about what i wrote a note same other my friend wrote to him. I... understand how he frustrated i dont blame him. I notice employees tried their best to make it right orders. If you notice yourorder was a mistake just be nice to let them know they will make it right to you. Be patience because life is short.
