I attached a picture of the old, crunchy food that was wrapped into the shell of my fiesta veggie burrito, like the cook wrapped... it laying on old food. The rice in that pic was so old it crunched like it wasn?t cooked. The fiesta burrito was cold becausethey used ice cold guac and the ingredients weren?t evenly distributed at all. The staff is nice and my food was good. The wait times are a bit long though, I waited around 30 minutes last time I went there

This is the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever eaten at. And I?ve been to Taco Bell?s all over the United States. It took about 40... minutes to get through the drive thru window and there were only five cars ahead of me. The drive thru is hemmed in with a curbso once you?re in with cars ahead of you and behind you, it?s impossible to get out. A monumental waste of time. All I orderedwas hard shell tacos and the shells were soggy when I got them. They had already been sitting there for a long time by the timeI got them. Then why such a delay? Just picking them up caused them to fall apart all over the place. I will never go hereagain. Run away from this mockery of a restaurant for the sake of your sanity. Support Gladwin?s local restaurants. They?ll bequicker, food will be more wholesome, and you won?t have such a bad experience as with this mega-corporation, globalist run?fast? food chain under a destitutely derelict management. Do not stop here if you need your food fast. I waited 10 minutes for a couple tacos. Apparently if you go inside you have to... wait until there is no one in the drive thru before they make your food. At one point there was nobody making anything...thedrive thru cleared and all three of them just walked away! They came back in a couple minutes and finally got around to makingmy food. Read more
EDIT: changing my review, i decided to go back 09/15/22 food was hot and FRESH potatoes were actually hot and fresh along with... my other items. The lady at the window was cheerful, helpful and quick! Y'all should've left this a KFC. I've given them threechances, my fiesta potatoes are always old and stale, chicken quesadilla is always so skim on what's inside and always findlettuce and tomato inside (makes you wonder on how clean their work stations are). This taco bell is horrible, and every time Ihear of someone going here its always a bad experience. their soda is always good, but how can you mess that up. Read more
Great service but very slow tonight.
Not much to say about this place, took way too long to get my food. What's the Point in ordering on the app if they don't start... making the food till I get there. I had waited just as long as if I went in and ordered without the app. Read more
