I'm not sure what happened with McDonald's franchise, its customer service and or commitment to provide prompt service but this... store has none of that. And for a small town like Middletown I can't believe how horrible its service is. Out of 10 orders, Iget 8 with missing items, wrong or wrongly prepared items, flat soda, etc. EVERYTIME ...if I don't catch it at the window ...Iwill have to go back inside to address the same. I have avoided at all stopping a this store and go to the one at Hwy 40 (5miles down the road). This is my first negative feedback but I definitely need to get this one out. Read more
I used the McDonald app to order. I picked the free large fly deal. And ordered my favorite burger. Went to the 1st window... to pay. I had previous linked my credit to the app. The Mac Engineer confirmed I had paid using via their app and handed myreceipt. I pulled up to the second window. The Mac Sevice Engineer opens the window and asks me, did I use the app to order. AsI was saying yes, she said never mind, I found it. She handed me my drink. After a few moments later she said, here you goands passes my bag of food to me. We exchanged pleasantries, and I drove off I go to 4 or so McDonald's in my area, and itspretty much the same boring routine at each of them. Read more

Worst service ever! Slow to take your order and really slow preparing it. Employees seem to have a nonchalant attitude. Managers... act as if they don?t care. It takes a 15 min sit in the drive through line at 5:30 in the morning to get your order! I get tothe window and employee ask me what is my order again! I repeat it and after all this, I get to work and it?s incorrect! Noegg!! Lunch time is much worse. I tried the self service kiosk to place my order. No paper to print out receipt with ordernumber! They need to pay to have more workers on the night shift, especially on the weekends! I placed a mobile order for a coffee & a... 13 ct pack of cookies. Then sat in the drive thru for 27 minutes, only to be told they don't have cookies or coffee at nighttime?? Are you serious? Then why are both available to order on the app for this location. What a waste of gas & time. Theonly reason I gave 3 stars is, bc the cashier was very nice. I said I would just take a vanilla cone upside down in a cup & shegave me a giant one, lol. Read more
Disgusting drink countertop, was there midday on a Saturday and there were no ketchup containers or lids, multiple pieces of... trash strewn across drink/condiment counter. The worst part was watching the McDonalds employees walk directly past the messmultiple times without giving a second look. Ordered food there today, thanks for giving me one and a half pickles on mysandwich and a not full large fry. Will not be coming back to this one. Read more
Very clean restaurant,came across couple homeless taking shelter from the extreme heat on this weekend but they don't bother... anyone. Drink station was very organized and clean,all stacked up with plenty of supplies. Cashier was on her phone so I had towait for her to update her instagram. Read more
