I've always liked Arby's but I think their prices are a bit high, but If I have coupons I'll go there pretty often.

Slow service - acted like they didnt know what they were doing. I ask for a receipt - the girl hold on - I waited with a line... behind me. Then she says can I write you one. I said never mind. I ordered a market fresh Turkey and swiss - there was hardlyany Turkey on it - normally there is even too much. They were friendly customer service just didnt seem to have it together. Read more
Hardly qualifies as Fast Food. Had to wait 45 minutes in drive thru for my order. Then them skimped on everything!! Their new... Hush puppy Fish are extremely small. Canned sardines are larger!. Save your money, go elsewhere. Read more
Characteristic American fast food. Their food is more or less fairly decent fare tending to be a bit bland for my tastes & tends... to be about average to a bit higher than average, depending on what you order, price wise. We ate there on 4-5--22 as dine-incustomers.What I noticed was that there were NO employees standing around lollygagging about. Whenever the employees weren'thelping customers they were cleaning & sanitizing tables, counters, serving trays & more. They have pump style condiments orindividual packets whichever you may prefer. The condiments area was clean, so was the floor, the tables, the trash was keptemptied & the drink self serving area was clean as well. EVERYONE was busy doing SOMETHING & man did it show!! ???? The food wasserved promptly after ordering & was served warm. The building was in good repair, the parking lot was clean, the staff wereefficient, courteous and friendly. They have really went down lately, got my order wrong three times before it was correct, it seemed if the employees would... consider taking care of the customers first then have the gossip hour things could maybe be better, really need new mgt to getthat place back to where it was before. Read more
