They changed the macaroni and cheese it literally taste like noodles in water soup. The chicken is so greasy and mushy gooey... it?s inedible. My daughters popcorn chicken was old and over cooked she wouldn?t eat it. The only thing I could stomach was themashed potatoes & gravy & the biscuit. The past 3 times I've been there they've messed my family's order up this time 40$ they didn't give us a gravy for our mashed... potatoes, and out 12 bucket supposed to be half extra crispy and half origional. They gave us all origional and to top it off 6pieces were legs and 3 wings. There was only one leg that was extra crispy and it was super dry and seemed old like it had beenthere for a while. When I tried to call to get this fixed no one picked up. We live about 8 miles away. Thats such aninconvenience and extra gas for me to drive up there to get this fixed. Read more

We placed our order, and pulled to the window and paid. We waited at the window for 10 minutes, then we were asked to park while... they prepared more chicken and said it'd be out soon. 20 minutes later I had to go on only for them to tell me it was going tobe 20 more minutes. I requested our money back and then 3 minutes later a manager came to the counter and ask what we ordered.We told her, and she then went directly to fix our order, and then gave it to us. At first glance it appeared to be clean. Then I noticed the mold on the ice machine. There was also mold under it. We probably... now have internal parasites now. No complaints about the food. The service could have been better. I have children who wantedpopcorn chicken but it wasn't on the menu board. The cashier said it is a number 10. As it turns out, that is a very large sizebut that wasn't explained so we purchased WAY more than necessary. I don't recommend buying any drinks until their machineshave a thorough cleaning. Ordered online for quick pick up. First of all you have to go in to get your order, 15 minutes after pick up time, my son is... still waiting. Used this because we thought it would be quicker. Never ordering here again. Slow service, this area is theworst place for fast food. Ridiculous prices for poor service. Read more
