Order was not ready on time. I waited for 45 minutes to find out the last pizza was lost. Did not receive the side items and had... to ask for them. While I waited for my pizza the rest of the order was cold by the time the last pizza came out. I ask for adiscount and the assistant manager said that was not an option. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order at 7:15 with a confirmed pickup time of 7:45-7:50. I arrived at the... Glasgow, KY location parking lot at 7:55. The lobby doors were locked and there were 9 cars in the drive thru. All of thempulled through because no one ever answered the speaker. Knowing my order was already paid for, I waited patiently as the carsone by one left the parking lot without any food. At 8:15, I pulled up to the window after getting no answer on the speaker. Ayoung man opened the window. I informed him I had an online order. He closed the window, grabbed my pizza, sat it on thecounter. 4 minutes later, the employee handed my pizza out and walked away. The pizza was COLD. It wasn't hot or even warm. Ihad 5 hungry children with me. So, I took the loss and left with the pizza because it seemed that there was no concern by theemployees. I have to say, I have never been so disappointed in quality of service and product as this. I think I may have beenbetter off to buy frozen pizza. The temperature was not far off. I have had wonderful experiences at this store before. But after tonight we will never go back. I was not treated great, on top... of having people who came in after us get food before us. We even called in, but our pizza is cold and has no sauce on it. Mypizza was cut really weird as well. I was also handed the wrong food twice. Read more
I go in there mostly for work but for my family too and the people are very nice and they try to be quick.
