I just got a fish sandwich meal from this location about 1:30 PM. The fries were stale and COLD. The sandwich didn't have any... dressing on it to speak of - also COLD. What is the matter with this location - terrible food and worst service. I ended upthrowing my $8 meal away. When I got to the pick up window she tried to hand me tea and I ordered coke. She was putting herhands all over the top of the glass. I told her not to do that with my drink given I could see her. WHERE HAD HER HANDS BEEN?Give me a break. Won't go there again. Read more
Placed a mobile order, picked up my food, and when I got home I was shorted $10 worth of food/4 sandwiches. Tried to call the... store and no one picked up. Tried calling a few more times over the course of about 10 minutes, and there was a busy signal theentire time. The food was good just not very hot. The reason for the 5 star was you had a young ( Hispanic?) employee who had young, rude,... immature high school students who were excessively loud and obnoxious. I could tell she was not happy with the situation. Whenthey started standing on the furniture that was the last straw. Your employee confronted them seriously and professionally.Within a few minutes they left. I went to her before we left and thanked her for being brave enough to confront the situationand told her if I ever had children act that way, I would hope someone would be willing to correct them publicly. I?m just giving up. Short you on fries, short you on coke, can?t get a napkin, hamburgers are dry. Who is running this place?... This can?t be Tom Burrells Place. I literally got a #3 meal and the fries had blood on them. Tried to call them and no one would answer. I honestly just wanted my... money back as I really don't want food from this place after that.
