Had a long day. Just left the hospital after seeing one of my parents. Stopped by to get something quick tonight. Plainly and... nicely asked for a super sonic burger the way it comes but with both mayo and mustard on the burger, waited for my order burgeronly had mayo and mustard nothing else. I reordered it and got a plain bacon cheeseburger. It?s really not that hard to make aburger. Tots were also extremely salty and no ice in one of our drinks. Went there on October 29, 2022 and picked up supper for the family. I got home and got food out It was completely wrong. The... kids meal was supposed to be a cheeseburger and fries pretty simple order not so easy to make I guess cause it was a doublecheese covered in mustard. My wife's meal was supposed to be a Jr Deluxe Cheeseburger and medium tot again pretty simple ordernope we got two bottom buns and mustard and pickles. Mine was number 3 with a large tot and drink. I got that once again now Igot a number 3 with nothing but lettuce and medium tot. so i called and spoke with a manager and they took my name and offeredto replace the meal next time we were in town. Went there tonight Nov 3, 2022 to get the meal replaced after repeating the orderseveral times someone finally came out and i explained once again what had happened. The lady took our order and somehow stillmessed it up once again. Needless to say they have lost a customer. They need to get back to what it used to be. Read more

I have been disappointed time and time again by this Sonic location. I now only go there for drinks and today, they even managed... to mess up a drink. I ordered two large flavored sprites, one without ice. I was given a half empty cup. Just plain silly. Read more

Rating change. ????????????Update: 2-16-19 I don't know why I bother to come here anymore. When They had their 50 cent corndog... day, I purchased 10 and they all were either redipped or over cooked! Dark brown corndogs are not great!???? Pics added. Pleaselearn how to cook your food. If you all can't do your job correctly, then please let someone else that wants to do it right andquit your job! Your making sonic and the whole town of Glasgow look bad.???????????????? Update 11/9/2017 Changing myreview.... Horrible food tonight at Glasgow sonic. Hotdogs are old and been recooked, my wife's hotdog is ice cold and she founda hair, someone with pinkpurplish hair... The lady said all food was cooked fresh... The only thing hot was chili tater tots.They are replacing the order tomorrow but just be warned, check your food before leaving. Read more
