Got coupons for Subway in my mail a week ago. Went to this location to use a couple of them and was told they couldn't take them... as their register wasn't updated for them. Drive-thru extremely slow 20 minutes and waiting. Horrible??????????? that's the last time for that location!
Subway is the most healthy and best option for my family. We get so tired of pizza joints and burger joints after awhile. Subway... offers a reasonably priced sandwich with fresh vegetables. Read more
This review is in response to 'Nancy Botwin' who also left this same review on Yelp as 'Frannie D'. I understand the frustration... with waiting for service at the drive thru. We all expect that to be faster than taking the time to go inside. Although Itotally understand the frustration of seeing no one in line, there has been a misunderstanding. This location also acceptsorders by phone and online. I'm sorry you've had a negative experience, but consider trying again. Alot of the workers are youngteens gaining first time job experience and still in training. If in a true hurry, place your order online or by phone and thenall you have to do is pay (unless pay online). I've always found this to be a great Subway location. Clean despite being in agas station and with minimal wait despite being next to the interstate. With that said, to use their name publicly and to sayinsulting things such as "You suck at life so bad and your time management skills are so poor sandwiches are too hard for you tomake. Hopefully one of your mamas work there cause you might have to move on to mcdonalds. Have fun with that."..well you mightwant to reexamine your priorities. Had their truly been an issue worth complaining about, why didn't you reach out to managementrather than to speak so unkindly? A negative review is validated, but the last paragraph basically makes you look like you aredifficult to please and lack compassion and empathy for others. I challenge you to apply for Subway, work there a few months andgain better understanding of the challenges they face. Ciera and Jacob decided to make me wait in the drive thru and never take my order, after being told 3 times to hold on in... aggravating intervals I go inside, no one in line, no one walking away with food, no one in drive thru, these tots we're eachmaking themselves sandwiches with the look of scared death after they saw me come up ignoring me while I watch them makesandwiches for no one in line or drive thru. Found a nice corner piece from a plastic bag in my tuna sandwich about 6mos ago, tried to bring this to corporates attention and... basically was ignored. I miss the old subway days, now they are only worried about the bottom line and thats sad? Read more
