Well I walk into my hometown Wendy's today thinking that I'm going to get some really good quality food with a good beverage. I... really don't know how to explain this other than it was horrible. They were out of numerous drink flavors. There was no ice ineither fountain machine. I ordered a sandwich that come on a pretzel bun and didn't find out until I had already paid for mymeal that they didn't have any pretzel buns. So their option was like sir would you like us to put this on a premium bun, and Iwas like well yeah I guess so got no choice. The fries were not fresh at all they weren't horrible but they were far from good.My chicken sandwich that I got was dry you could tell it hadn't been freshly cooked and bacon was just like all kinds of chewywith fat on it. Nasty nasty nasty. When I go up to the side counter to get some salt guess what no salt so then I have to go tothe front counter and be like hey can I have some salt packets and they're like no sir because we don't have any salt packets sothen they give me a little cut with salt in it which it does a trick but I mean like come on... Anyway enough of me ranting. Ijust always come to Wendy's and got some really good food and service and everything and this time not so much so. I mean theservice was good I can't deny that it's just they were out of everything and plus the food was it cooked fresh. So the point I'mtrying to make is going to be a long time before I go back to Wendy's at least in Glasgow anyways...... Read more
Where can you get a double cheese burger,French fries, chicken nuggets an pop for $5 @ ,especially now day's? Well I stopped at... sonic an went to order a cheese burger for my Cyrus & they wanted $4.99 plus tax I took it back said I didn't want it, we atethere but we took Cyrus back to Wendy's where we ate yesterday an bought him the $5 buggy bag& ended up getting us 1 too thesmell made us both hungry again. Their sandwiches are really big buns are juicy an perfect & sandwiches aren't tinyanymore! Wendy's has became top 1 in fast food in my eyesight as well as my belly.???????? Read more
This has got to be one of the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been at. With no exaggeration every time I order more than one meal... something is forgotten, today I ordered 3 meals for my family and when I got home I realized I should always check the bagsbefore leaving from this Wendy?s, they forgot a whole sandwich from my meal, I had fries, no sandwich, and when I drove back toget it, I had to repeat myself 4 different times what I was missing. They were a little busy but no one was covering front register for the first 5 minutes i stood in line. We finally ordered and... got our food. It was ok. Fries were great and fresh burgers werent as fresh but descent. Read more
First the lobby were locked. Another guest let us in. The bun was stale & was not a sandwich to write home about. Not a big fast... food fan but in a pinch I'm OK with it. Wendy's was a better choice of fast food. Was really grossed out this time. The placewasn't the cleanest either. First time I've been in a while. And will be the last time for an even while longer.
