Longest wait for fast food, about 25 minutes. But worth it.
If you were looking for any type of recently decent customer service do not visit this place. Lady working the drive-through... counter with the pink hair seemed extremely disgruntled. No Excuse!!! Can someone say Lawsuit!!! Nasty and always dirty. Today I walked in to this mess and after deciding to dine in to... see how this thing panned out. Sure enough, 30 mins later no one came out to do anything about it. What could take an employee 5mins to clean up. Management decided instead to send two employees on break leaving the lobby full of standing water and trash.Unbelievable!!! Poor management. Step it up people. Nobody wants to experience your trashy lazy lifestyle!!! Last time I wasthere they decided to wash out their trash cans on the sidewalk so customers had to walk through soggy napkins and foodparticles and track it inside the restaurant. Stupidly!!! We had a great experience here. Went through the drive thru. We ordered a lot of food and they got our whole order correct.... Everything we had was delicious and fresh. We saw a sign about a promotion if you sign up for the app, so be sure to check thatout. I would highly recommend this place! Read more
