I walked in and grabbed a seat at the bar. Within a minute someone got my order for a beer and gave me a menu. About 5 minutes... later they took my order. There were 5 people at the bar and about a dozen others at tables. 40 minutes later as I sat therewaiting on another beer or food, someone asked if I had my food. Well, no. That big empty spot on front of me is a pretty goodindication. 10 minutes later I get what was a pretty good hamburger and some cold soggy fries. I did manage to get another beerwhen I was served. 25 minutes later I?m waving a credit card around hoping someone sees me so I can pay. We went to see our friend's band play and had one of the best burgers I've ever had! The Buddy Alexander was very good and I've... thought about it ever since. I find it hard to get a good burger in Kentucky and this one exceeded my expectations. It was verygood and I'll be back to try more! Great beer selection! I tried a sample of both stouts on tap and they were both delicious! I'm hesitant with stouts since... they're often thick and syrupy but both of Yancey's stouts were perfect - smooth and flavorful! A wonderfully enjoyable experience with amazing food, refreshing and interesting drinks that tickle the palette. Harley was... amazing from the time we sat until the time we rolled out the door. I cannot recommend this place, this food, or the drinksenough. The only thing we would change would be to add a dessert to the menu. Read more
I had the cheesesteak quesadilla, it was loaded with steak, onion, peppers and cheese. Very good. My coworker got the burger and... was not impressed. Live music on Friday nights, I enjoyed. Overall small venue, could use another waiter/waitress on Fridaynights. The stout was very good. Read more
5 star for beer flight. 8-10 local beer options and liked their IPA even though I am not an IPA person. Wheat beer was bit... sour than expected. Place gets really loud, especially when live music is playing. Take a seat away from center if you are nota fan of the loud live music. 4 star for food. I had impossible burger and it was ok. Onion ring was not as crispy as I hadat other places. Felt like hangout place for locals. Beer was dirt cheap and food price was reasonable. Read more
