Ordered the chicken ranch fries. They were barely warm. Very disappointing

Chicken was small pieces but tasty, french fries were way too salty with spice but to texture was good. I enjoyed the colesaw... very tasty. Service was extremely slow being a mistake was made on the register and it could not be fixed so the line was backedup and I stood in line for 20 minutes before finally able to order. Soda area and floor was very sticky with soda spills and notwash down as well a lot of tables were not washed down. Prices were fairly priced. I used to love Zaxbys in glasgow,ky. They are terrible now. I will not go back. I ask for the same thing every time and every... time it gets worse and worse. Ordered boneless wings with heavy sauce since they seem to not want to put much on them thesedays. Get everything home. There is no sauce on them and they are stale. Great food, great service, it's a little hectic inside but the crews that work get everyone served and moved thru quickly!
