Personally I think the staff here could be a lot nicer and professional to customers. It is ridiculous. I've noticed that other... Kung Fu locations don't have the rude employee issue that I face here so I really hope whoever is management has the staff takea lesson on treating customers with respect. For example I've had employees roll their eyes at me which is simply unacceptable.If it weren't for my boba addition and kung fu points I wouldn't come here. Read more
Girl with the long brown hair was super nice and professional. I even forgot one of the drinks in my order at the counter and... she ran it out to me before I got in my car. Also you were out of something to make the winter melon green tea and the guy withgreen hair running register suggested the regular winter melon tea as one of his favorites and it was honestly better than whatI wanted originally anyway. Service at this KFT is phenomenal. Everyone is super nice and swift when prepping orders. Whether I order online or in store I... receive my order whether it?s just for me or multiple people in a perfectly reasonable manner even when the store is swampedwith customers. I went here two months ago with my friend and my girlfriend, and the cashier, (I don?t know what her name is) was very rude.... Plus, during the school year, they seem to always be out of stock of things. I?ve lost count of times that they?ve run out ofbubbles. The last time I went recently by myself I got a mint oreo slush that still had some unblended bits of ice in it.Honestly, if you want bubble tea near Rowan, I would go to Vivi?s near ShopRite or just go to the kung fu tea in cherry hillinstead.
