Slow and short staffed. Margheritas are good, but I ordered an extra shot (?) and it cost me 20 bucks for small drink! Food... okay. Atmosphere can be unwelcoming, at times needs some loving care and quick clean up. Overall good? Read more

Absolutely disgusting! I walked in and saw two tables of patrons. Next, I noticed three workers behind the counter. So, why was... the counter, the glass and the prep area filthy? The young woman that spoke to me was not a greeter. I smiled at her, she didn'treturn the nicety. In fact, she was miserable. She did not say, "hi", or "welcome". Just grunted, "Picking up?" I wasn't. I wasgoing to order takeout, but wound up leaving. I came in the front door and left by the side door. Their assembly line ofingredients was a mess! Everything was spilling from one container to the next. The other two employees just stood and stared.One was eating a huge burrito, using two hands to hold it, while he stood directly behind the counter above the prep area andover food! It was absolutely deplorable. One empty container was full of greasy water. Good luck not getting food poisoningthere! Not real Mexican food. My family is Mexican and Spanish and I have been craving realfood since I got here. Carnitas had a weird... sauce on them and they didn't offer street taco. They flattened their own tortillas which was nice but you only get 1 per taco.Not doubled up like corn would be. Very disappointed. Super nice staff and it was clean. I went to a couple Pancheros places in my lifetime. This one wasn't it. There's flies around the food and when they built my... burrito it wasn't the way how I usually get it to most places. It's still pretty good but I suggest go to another place. Read more
Worst take out experience every. When i called to place a large order with several hours notice the first person i talked to was... extremely rude and acted as if they couldn't be bothered. When i told them i did not want to place the order online because wehad some very specific allergies and such, he hung the phone up one me. When i called back a young lady took our order and wasextremely nice and attentive. She even took names for the order to label each persons food. When the food arrived we weremissing side quesos and salsa that we asked for. I had a burrito it was supposed to have chicken in it there was none, thegrilled vegetables were still raw, it was basically just rice with a little corn, raw vegies and sour cream. i am extremelydisappointed. Talk about cross contaminating! The lady was wiping the counter dropped the rag on the floor , picked it up and continued to... wipe the countertops where they make the food. She didn't even change her gloves and was touching the cheese with her dirtygloves. They need a manager watching over them and training. Gloves are supposed to be removed after you are touching a dirtyrag! Read more
