Placed the order for delivery through PizzaHut then delivery came through Door Dash. They forgot the garlic sauces. We tried to... call the store, she put us on hold for 7 minutes. We called back, and a guy answered and said we've reached a call center andwould try to connect to someone. Again on hold. You should bring able to speak with the store location,not going back here. We were really looking forward to pizza from Pizza Hut. Remembered why we hadn't when we got the food. The pizza was dry, had... hardly any sauce and cheese on them. Not a good choice anymore and really bad customer service. Ordered a PZone for lunch for me and a friend. I had been raving... about how good the PZone was so they finally decided to get one. I must admit that I had not had one for about five years. Iremember them being pretty good. We we got the delivery, the first thing we noticed is the Pzone looked nothing like the ad.Very light and undercooked. The marinara sauce was still cold and had ice chunks in it probably because it was saved fromyesterday. The filling was non existent, mostly undercooked dough and some slightly melted cheese with some sausage and peppersthat were just enough to give you a hint of flavor. I don't know if this is a new recipe, but it's not how I remember them.They used to be more crisp and had a lot more filling. Also, the marinara was warm from what I remember. Needless to say, I paidfor my friend's PZone because I was so embarrassed for persuading them to get one. We both thought it was a really poorpresentation of what once was a pretty good selection. I didn't finish mine because I have a thing with undercooked food. Iwish I could recommend what used to be a pretty good deal. Probably some accountant was trying to save money on the ingredients.I would steer clear of this mostly because of the undercooked food. Also the skimpy choice of fillings make what once was awonderful deal, an underwhelming selection. UPDATE: The manager from the store called me to offer me a coupon. This personwanted to try and convince me that the sauce was not frozen. Even though I told her three times that there were ice chips in mysauce, she wanted to end the conversation with "We don't freeze our sauce." She interrupted me and over talked me when I wastrying to explain the order I received. It was like pulling teeth.
