Everytime lately, when I get chicken there, the legs are getting smaller and smaller. The legs and thighs are so small, however,... the prices aren'y. It would be strange if legs are like turkey legs, but just give me chicken size pieces. If there's a sizechoice, please let me know. I don't want pigeon size pieces. I will try the other one in the neighboring town. Hopefully, theyhave "normal" size chicken parts.or JUST FRY MY OWN. Read more
Ordered 11 piece fried ckn meal...$29.84 total...waited 20 minutes...got order...drove home 30 minutes...got 11 old, rubbery ckn... tenders. Tried to call...no answer. Will post another review after I show up in person tomorrow and talk to manager at Delseadrive location. Read more
The service here is horrible. I ordered 1 tender combo and 1 butterfly shrimp combo. These people only give out one sauce per... meal!!! Ridiculous. I had to ask for napkins, utensil & sauce once I got my food. Then I asked for more than two sauces & I gotcharged 25 cents extra per sauce. Lazy, rude, and stingy service!!! Food is okay. It can be a hit or miss. They served me a baby sized chicken leg, two actually. They knew they are trifling. Only... lazy, careless workers do stuff like this. They are also a racist; store they don?t want to hire black people. They maybe havethe 1-2 token black people. Read more
The Glassboro location is sub par. Usually very messy and chaotic. NEVER is my order correct. So many times we have said "well... maybe it will be better this time". Well again, not this time. We got the surf n turf meal (only because we wanted the floundersandwich and apparently they dont have that there). The 2 tenders are child size tiny and mostly crunch, only 4 nickle toquarter size shrimp, and fries. And They forgot my biscuit and drinks. If i could give 0 or a negative amount of stars, I would. The food was horrible and tasted like old grease. The nuggets were so... nasty and they made myself and my daughter sick. I wasn?t surprised with the fries because they often taste like grease, howeverfor the nuggets to be that bad. I bit a nugget and a burst of old grease filled my mouth. The strawberry lemonade even tastedweird. Their customer service was just as bad. I wasn?t offered any sauce and when I asked for some you would?ve thought I askedfor the moon! With the quality of food or lack thereof and the customer service, it is not worth the money you spend! (Which istoo much) I wasted my money going here, please don?t do the same. Read more
