All I got to say is check your bag we visited during a lunch rush so yes small mistakes will happen the staff was caring and... understanding and they even did there best to communicate who's order was in progress as to let them know to visit the counterbut as previously stated check your order and bag if you visit during a rush Read more
THIS is a serving of nacho fries. There are like 12 fries in this bag if that. Someone needs to just bulldoze this place and... make sure the people who work here never work fast food again. They are physically incapable of getting and order right. Besidesthat this particular location skimps on the orders, they have more mistakes here than things made properly. Absolutelyappalling. When I went in to complain they told me yeah that's a serving. Not at any other taco bell it isn't... Absolutelytrash people at a trash location. Fire them all and start fresh. They have a nice system at there drive thru for the rush that comes. 2 people outside taking orders, payments & your name.... Similar to other fast food summer operations. Worked out well & the burritos hit the spot !!! Read more
Taco Bell has Terrible Customerservice trying to order inside! The drive-through was very busy so I went inside to place an... order. One person was waiting for his food and two other young men were placing orders on the two self order computer screensand no one was at the counter offering to take my order. The worker passed by and I asked if she could take my order and shesaid no you have to use the computer screens. I had already been waiting 10 minutes and the other customers we?re still tryingto place their orders using the self-service computer screens. At this point I left the store very frustrated that no one wouldtake my order in person. If you?re going to open your doors to customers you need to provide customer service when people whowant to order directly. It?s OK to have computer screens for people who want to place their order that way but not everyone doesand if you?re only gonna have two screens, it becomes useless, A waste of time for people who have to wait long time to placetheir order and then another long way to get your order. So I left the store and I went down the street to the Peking Chinesebuffet which has great customer service and within five minutes I was sitting down and eating a tasty meal. They actually had amini burrito featured on the Buffay that night Which to my surprise taste exactly like a chicken soft taco at Taco Bell so I wasvery pleased that I still was able to get my chicken soft taco that I was going to order. I highly recommend the Peking buffetIn Glassboro and they had amazing service and delicious food. I don?t think I?ll ever be going to the Taco Bell in Glassboroagain. I would not recommend going inside to eat there although the drive-through was busy and I know their food is good, badcustomer service can put a bad taste in your mouth regardless of how good your food is. I always like to give a good review Butunfortunately this time it was not deserved. Go somewhere else for inside ordering. Read more
The only reason I have given even one star is for customer service as far as speaking to me and so I can write this review.... Everytime I have gone to this Taco Bell and this one only, I get soggy hard shell tacos, liquid freezes, cold food, and messypresentation. I have been to many Taco Bell?s as I have previously driven Uber. What I see here is lack of care, time, andeffort. I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell and am tired of the 1/5 food quality. Do not go here if you enjoy your orderto be up to par or even correct at times! I will change or edit if they improve. I?d like to hear from the owner of this chain. Read more
