First rate bagel shop where they gladly fix your bagel, just the way you like it. Covid precautions in place, they have yet to... re-open their dining room, so plan to take it to go or eat outside. (Bagels are amazingly delicious!). Read more

This place is not a 4.1?the Serivce is so painfully slow I don?t go often because of it but once I do I?m reminded of their... consistently slow service at drive-thru. It took 30 minutes from one breakfast sandwich the person in front of me got a toastedbagel from what I heard. I have no idea why it takes so long. I?ll be boycotting it again for a long period of time. Theaudacity of the worker at the register to ask for a tip when cashing me out was WAY over the top. I never experienced adrive-thru worker asking for a tip let alone for such poor Serivce. Read more
This used to be the best one but starting to go down hill. They apparently no longer have medium iced coffees only large and... small. Now I went to the one in Avon and they have all 3 sizes. This Glastonbury one is now selling their mediums as larges. Read more

The only reason this is a one is because I can't give it a zero and the Hasbrouck are good. The moment we walked in the service... was horrible. One lady was yelling and once they finally started taking out order it sounded like we were an inconvenience. Thefood was horrible. We didn't finish our sandwiches and the coffee we dumped out. The Northampton location was sooo good but theyclosed so we came to this location. Don't recommend, go to Steve's bagels if you want flavor. Read more
I go here pretty regularly, the bagels & sandwiches are one of the best in the area. Very pricey though, a sandwich, bagel, &... basic coffee will cost you $14.00. Something that left a bad taste in my mouth?.this restaurant is getting in on the recenttipping craze. Today, when I gave the girl my debit card thru the drive thru window, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Ifelt guilty saying no, so I left one. But do you really deserve a tip for handing me a bag of bagels thru a window? The tippingcraze is really getting out of hand lately. Read more
