They don?t have WiFi, for some reason T-Mobile service doesn?t work having a store right down the street. A few times I?ve order... on the app and always the free item disappears from my order this time made sure to put it in but it still went missing spend myhalf hour lunch trying to see what can be done to fix it and even asked for a refund since I wasn?t going to just drink amilkshake for lunch. And was told I could not get a refund. I was so upset I couldn?t drink the milkshake or eat anything elseand came back to work in tears because I wasn?t able to eat anything for lunch because I spent the whole half hour at this placetrying to get my order and trying to look for my e-receipt. To top it of seen three customers complaining about there order madeit even worst. Read more

It?s almost as if they took our requests for how to prepare the food and chose to do the opposite, most notably ?hot off the... broiler?. I doubt the food would have passed a temperature test if they got a random visit from an inspector. Read more

I had multiple issues at this location. First, the doors were locked to the main lobby. The hours on the drive thru window say... the lobby closes at 10pm. We got there at 8:30pm. Second, the lady that took our order seemed bothered to be doing so. Shewasn?t paying attention to us and we had to repeat our order at least three times. After we repeated ourselves, it seemed likewe got attitude in return. Thirds, when we got to the window she had her earbuds in and was talking on the phone. She wasn?tpaying attention and didn?t get our order right. She printed the receipt correctly and it says what we wanted, however she gaveus the incorrect thing. The only reason they got a star was because the food was fairly fresh. Definitely not a good firstimpression. Do not go to this location. You will NOT be satisfied. Read more

I went there a couple of weeks ago with my kid. I was given a cheese burger with an obscene amount of mustard. I showed it to... the manager and she did not seem to think much of it, but did offer to make me a new one. I did not think much about it againuntil the next day when my son became ill (he was sick for several days and I was worried enough to take him to the doctor). Icontacted burger king.com and they assured me someone would get back to me, NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. For the safety of my family,I will never go there again. Read more

Old Mexican woman ?Manager?swiped my card twice and double charged me. Told me to come back if it gets charged twice. Well it... got charged twice and when I came back she called me a liar to my face. Well since she brushed it off and stole my money here Iam sitting and eating my free chicken nuggets, fries and onion rings since she wanted to scam me =] train your employees better,this husk of a woman needs to be fired... I am not particularly happy about this.... "Whopper Wednesday" was a 2 dollar special, I used it, the woman/obviously manager... got short with me BUT the app generated it perfectly. Since when did customer service take a backseat to a 2 dollar item?TERRIBLE service! Make it up to me. Adding, the manager was so inept at customer service that they should truly hire fromwithin, she was atrocious... FYI Wednesday PM shift, fire her or move her to sweeping the parking lot, what were you thinkinggiving her a key? Was completely rude and she pulled the awful boss card of pushing responsibility onto an underling. What wereyou thinking hiring such a fool who had no experience with people? Read more
