Ordered a large cup of ice cream and about half was filled. The size chart on wall of cup and ice cream was much larger... portion size, misleading. Ice cream did taste good. Good service. Not worth the trip. Read more

Just nasty. No gloves, (had to ask for them to put some on) it was 620pm and you would have thought it was 845 the way they... made us hurry while ordering. I asked the guy if he had to be somewhere soon(of course sarcastically) Had about 4 selectionsto pick from. Didn't even ask why was so little at that point I already was over this place! Never ever will go back to thisplace again. Which really was frustrating because I know there aren't many carvels left to still order from. Read more

Should have the option of zero star. We went there tonight at 9:30pm while the website marked at closes at 10p. The female who... served us did not use gloves when scooping the ice cream, nor mentioned anything about closing but after we paid for our icecream. Our son sat at the table to start eating the ice cream. The same lady who served us the ice cream said,? we are closing.?I would have respected their ?closing? if I was told that they are closing right at that moment, but the fact that we werebrushed out of the store after we paid for the service and product is unsettling. I guess with price going up, quality ofservice is doubtful. Read more

Very dingy interior like people here are saying. Tables just piled up off to the side. Someone mentioned a smell, and I also... noticed that. 3 and a half hours before close, about a third of the ice creams were covered already. Until I looked it up justnow, I assumed closing was at 7, not 10. Gf ordered a specialty/seasonal thing, and it was made completely differently thanadvertised. Super disappointing for a carvel. Should definitely be given zero stars.That Indian guy who works there is extremely rude. He was also touching his mouth and... nose repeatedly and never washes hands. He also never wears gloves. Filthy and disgusting place ever. I am very disappointed. Ididn't find any single positive point in the store. This place is really like hell. I would recommend everybody to completelyavoid this place. Read more

My sister and I went about 2 weeks ago and got there at 9:25. As we were walking up to the door, the owner was turning off the... ?open? sign (they?re suppose to close at 10 tho??). We asked if they had time to take us and he let us in. They had already putcovers on most of their ice creams and wouldn?t let us order anything that already had it?s lid on. I originally wanted to get amilk shake but he made us feel very rushed and under pressure so I ordered just a plain soft serve. As soon as we left theylocked the doors and got in their car and left, didn?t even stay to count their money. They were very rude, we don?t ever planon returning. Read more

Terrible customer service! I can not believe how unprofessional and the kind of service these franchise owners are. My parents... come and get ice cream here at least 1 day a week for a late night snack. It?s near their home and convenient. My mom orderedtwo strawberry Sunday?s, one for her and my dad. What she received was two chocolate sundaes. My mom told the gentleman that shedid not order chocolate. He proceeded to tell her, yes that is what she ordered. Needless to say, he told her she did in factorder the chocolate sundae and that now he had to throw them away. This is a terrible thing to do to your customer. Accuse themof lying, when he clearly heard incorrectly. Then make my parents feel guilty by saying now I have to throw this away. Since mymom refused to accept the chocolate sundae which she did not order, he then told them they are no longer welcome there. I amjust in disbelief and shocked that my parents were treated this way. You are to make your customers happy and want them toreturn regardless of who?s fault it is. I will no longer come to this location and will make sure to tell my friends and familynot to come either. Sweet frog and Ben and Jerry?s is just a few miles down the road! Read more
