Normally good food when I pick up but this time no one brought my food out to my car, had to go in myself and there is my food... sitting on the rack...I had to literally stick my head into the kitchen to ask if I could take my food... my food is COLD.Clearly it was easy for the entire 15 minutes I was out in my car! Also for 5$ for a salad I would hope there wouldn't be MOLDon the lettuce! I am pregnant and this is a major health concern! Picture attached... Read more

Whenever you place an order online or through the app for pick up it's the same problem, either utensils are not included, it's... missing the beverage or a side (the orders are never complete). I think the employees at this location enjoy having customerswaste their time coming back for the missing items. Also be prepared to wait a long time for an employee to show up since itseems they are always in the kitchen having conversations with other employees. Read more

I never really leave reviews but today I ordered curbside takeout. I checked in where I was parked and waited 15 min before... deciding to go inside to see why I hadn?t received my order. When I walked into the take out area five employees were sitting atthe back table just talking instead bringing takeout orders outside to customers. This isn?t even the first time this hashappened where I had to go in to get my order but it?s super frustrating waiting for your order when a handful of employees areliterally sitting there doing nothing. The curbside needs to be way better ! Read more

Wow. Just wow. This place has fallen hard. 4:17 curbside pick up turns out to be a 5:15 cancel. Show up at 4:15 for curbside.... Waited till 4:30 in car. Go inside to get order. Wait another 10 min till someone comes from the back and takes my name. Goesback to kitchen and nothing for another 5 min. Comes back to tell me they just put the fries to cook. Ok I?ll wait 10 more minfor fries. Another 25min go by and someone comes out to tell me there?re putting in the fries because ?nobody told me to makefries?. Now not sure how they can possibly screw up this hard seeing that the place was dead. Ok, here?s the best part. I wantto cancel the order. Don?t want it anymore. I get a look of confusion. Like why do I want to cancel my order? My order, exceptthe fries, have been sitting on the shelf for over 45 min. Who wants cold, soggy food? And best of all, I have to wait 5 daysto get my money back because I paid online. Don?t pay online. Pay when get there, and pay cash. Read more

WORST EXPERIENCE! I went to my local Chili's today to grab lunch and did a curbside order. When I parked in one of the curbside... parking places and checked in I waited for someone to bring my food out. After 10 minutes of waiting I called inside to ask ifsomeone could bring out my food because I was on short break from work and needed to get back. When they answered the phone theytold me that they only had one runner and I was supposed to just come inside (even though they never told me I was supposed to). When I walked in I saw all their employees just sitting around and nobody came to help. I waited for another 5 minutes untilsomeone finally helped me and I left. Best part is they forgot part of my order too. Most unfriendly and lazy people I have everseen. Not coming back. Read more

In person- usually good experience with food and staff. Downside is the poor cleanliness. Should be improved. Online orders are... usually fast and easy. Over the phone: Poor customer services. They either place you on hold or are unable to get an order. Read more

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered through their website to go, for curbside pickup, where they bring it to your car. ... Husband gets there, no food. 40 minutes go by with very little info or updates. Apparently door dash took the food. How, whenit was not to be put by door dash, is beyond me. So they remake the food, without even telling my husband who is waiting therein their location with no updates. They offer a free dessert as we get closer to one hour. I ask him to ask for a manager. She comes over with an attitude. He just hands the phone to me. I literally start with, "I am not trying to be mean orunreasonable, but this has been a really long time". Right off the bat, Crystal (excuse if my spelling is incorrect) gives mean attitude and is borderline yelling at me. She says how the food is already done and it isnt her fault. I say i understandthat mistakes happen, but that it is not our fault and I expected to have this a while ago. She now turns to actually yellingat me that the food is done so she will hang up the phone so my husband doesnt have to wait longer. I ask her flat out "wait,so how am i the bad guy in this situation". Still yelling now, or since i know her coworkers will say she isnt yelling - voicemuch more raised than necessary in that not actually that busy restaurant, with a "f - u - b**ch tone, she says how they areshort staffed and super busy - mind you they had a few tables, but by no means busy. There was another lady waiting who alsohad her order messed up. If you are too short staffed to be a decent human being- dont open! And if you want to give anattitude to people, stay home. It is customer service. We all hate it. It sucks and customers can suck, i get it. But youhave a job to do, and I was not even rude, even though I had every right to be with the mistake that ended up taking an hourlonger than it should have. And while she was yelling at me that it was all bagged up and i should be greatful, Read more
