For someone who grew up eating at the Hartford location I can tell you that they have no clue about how to run a business. Raw... bar shrimp is wet and soggy. First family in a dead restaurant on a Saturday night and the food was horribly late. First willalways be the best. Read more
My first east coast grinder was the sausage with peppers and onions add cheese. Oh what a delight!. Top 5 sandwiches of my life.
The service gets five stars. The food? I?d give it a two. I got sausage and peppers and it was nothing to write home about. The... portion was rather large but I?ve made better sausage and peppers myself. Pasta wasn?t drained well so the bottom of the bowlwas all water. Mozzarella was three tiny dollops. The flavor was middling and the sauce was sparse. I get that it?s a ?classic?recipe but they really need to step it up a bit. Read more

Very disappointing. Unfortunately this was the second pizza I ordered in one day that was made incorrectly. I ordered the... broccoli specialty pizza however there is no cheese, so when the pizza came to my house most of the toppings fell off. I calledthe restaurant to inform them of what has happened and the manager laughed hysterically and told me there was nothing they coulddo. I do not recommend ordering from the Glastonbury First and Last because the quality and service is very poor. I don?tunderstand how this is acceptable. I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and I never had such an experience. If youwant to enjoy a nice dinner from First and Last I would recommend the Hartford location so that your food will be edible, havenice presentation, and professional service. I came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon with a group of 6 others. It was easy to spot from the road and also had parking... onsite. The menu was large and they offered lunch from 12-4pm. The pizza was extremely good, however the chicken dish I gotneeded a bit of salt. The service was also quite slow, but I will say extremely nice! It was a good visit overall. Read more
