Staff is just not that great. They tend to do whatever they want but at the same time not understanding that the customer pays... for things a certain way instead of adding things to a drink that you pay for it they?ll just give you the drink the way. Food is always wrong. They rush to the window and hand you food then disappear so you have to go inside to tell them what food... you?re missing. Always make sure you get a receipt. Edit: Been going here for breakfast lately and not sure if it?s a differentcrew or if changes were made but it?s a much better experience. Spent more time then we wanted in drive through. When we got up to window everything they handed us was wrong the guy at window... had no clue what was going on getting flustered and swearing. If this is how you do business then close up shop I never In amillion years ever expected this kind of service coming from Glastonbury McDonald's def reconsider going back especially whenyou already think McDonald's Corp couldn't get any worse, my bad. They did not even get my order. It?s a two lane drive through and I waited a while just for them to take the order of the person... in front of me, then I finally moved up. Once I moved up, the truck that was waiting before me in the second drive thru lane gottheir order taken. But after that instead of going to me when I?ve been waiting for so long they took the car that pulled upafter me in the second drive thru lane. This made me late to work because the way their drive thru is set up, you have to waituntil they have taken other peoples orders just to move up and get out of the line. OMG nice hot breakfast. Hash Browns was nice hot and crispy.
No dine-in due to the 'Rona, so your only options are drive-through, mobile orders, or walk into the facility and use germ-laden... cash to pick up your food. This has many customers scarfing down meals balanced on their laps in their cars whilst employeesoutside for frequent cigarette breaks suspiciously glare at said customers. Read more
The line went quick, but we were told to pull ahead and watched as 5 cars were served food behind us. We did not have a custom... order or anything uncommon. We are still not sure why we were told to pull forward and made to wait while they served othersbecause our food wasn't fresh or hot. Read more
