Everytime I get here they are closed and I am fed UP. Wether it's "new hours" (closing half an hour early and not updating... Google) or just being closed for no particular reason. I'm new to Glastonbury and I really expected more from a foodestablishment here. Smfh, management should be embarrassed.guess Chipotle is getting all my money this summer. Read more

Good food, friendly and helpful service, unfortunately the restaurant is filthy. Most tables are dirty and sticky, the floor is... slippery, and crumbs everywhere. Really makes you wonder what?s going on with what you can?t see like with the food and storage. Will never be back to this location. Read more

This particular Moe's is not up to par. I have been 2 times and both times the ingredients were not fresh. The rice was hard.... They always seemed short staffed as well.. the roof is leaking and they are just catchingvthe water with buckets. The storeseemed very dirty. I will not be returning to this Moe's ???? Read more

Until today, I was a massive moes loyalist. This review is going to hurt to write. After moving away for some time and having... some pretty gross experiences at the local moes where I was located at the time, I was really looking forward to returning homeand having a good experience (finally) at this moes. Sadly that did not happen. I went two times this week and both times werenearly identical experiences. None of the employees were wearing their masks over their noses either of the times I went (andmultiple employees weren?t even wearing their masks over their mouths). Employees also would wipe old food off of the prepsurface and clean with their gloves on, then go straight to making my food without even changing gloves. Gross. On top of all ofthis, see the attached picture for the absolute joke amount of chips I was given on both occasions that I went this week (keepin mind, both times I went, they were making absolutely massive amounts of chips and had little to no business; also the firsttime I went this week, the employees were literally talking about making nachos for themselves while they gave me about 10 chipsor less for my order). It?s sad for me to say, but I am no longer a Moes guy. I?m sorry for all of those I let down, and I amquite frankly embarrassed for the amount of times I went to bat for this company over the years. I never in a million yearsthought I would be saying this, but no amount of persuading could convince me to go to this moes (or any moes for that matter)over the chipotle down the street (or any chipotle for that matter) anymore. They?re actually clean and give you reasonableamounts of food. It truly is sad how times change. Read more

Came in with my fiancé so he could redeem his birthday reward, and the meal we got was incredibly disappointing. These poor... workers are clearly SO beyond overworked. The girl behind the counter couldn?t even catch her breath to greet us, she was doingso many orders at the same time she was moving so fast. By the time she got to us, I?m not exaggerating, she couldn?t help butthrow every ingredient onto the burrito. We got scarce amounts of everything, it ended being mostly rice, which made it bland. She even threw only chip bits in the bag. We didn?t even get a single whole chip, and they were stale ones mixed with freshones, and there weren?t even enough in there. ONE person can not take care of a lunch rush. It?s insane. There was one othergirl behind the counter I saw but I think she was in charge of cooking things, not filling orders. Management needs to get ittogether, I wouldn?t be surprised if these people quit. They need more support, and they probably aren?t even getting paidenough for this! Absolutely ridiculous! Read more

Quality control is really lacking here. I ordered a burrito through the app. It was supposed to have six ingredients but I got a... scanty amount of each. My burrito was 95 percent rice and lacked the flavor I was craving. A $10 rice burrito is what Igot. While this is the most convenient location, I'd rather drive further for a better burrito. Good experience. Moes is like a cross between tacobell and subway but better quality. Staff was friendly and polite. Food is... delicious. I love being able to be picky and get whatever i want or omit whatever i dont like. My husband and dad and fans ofthe homewrecker and challenging them to try and close it after getting all the toppings. Nice to have somewhere to being my sonand eat as a family that we all are happy with the restaurant of choice. Read more
