I went to Rooftop 120 for my cousin's birthday last month and such a horrible experience. The waitress was so rude and forgot an... order within our party after we kept asking. I've gone here for years, and let me tell you its gone DOWN HILL. Yes the place is beautiful but that's it now. If the staff... weren't so incredibly rude I wouldn't mind paying a cover and over priced drinks. This is not the Ritz people. If you appreciatefriendly service this place is not for you. You will not be receiving a kind experience. A tip for the owner, find new staff.People will pay until they feel unwanted. Service is more important to me than price. Read more
Very disappointing experience. I made a reservation for 4 for Tuesday night. There was a private event going on as well. We were... seated at a dirty, sticky table. I asked the waitress to clean the table. She gently wiped it down but did not actually cleanit. I had to ask a second time. Still not what I’d call clean (especially post Covid) but better. We ordered drinks and acouple of appetizers. They were decent. Wings were good. Artichoke dip was good. Calamari was doughy and under cooked. Wedecided to order more apps instead of entrees. They were out of just about 1/2 of the menu. No egg rolls, no empanadas, noflatbread. Ended up ordering desert which was good. We were celebrating a couple of birthdays and expected a much betterexperience. Have been there a few times in the past and had a great experience. Not this time. Very disappointed. Read more
Really nice atmosphere if you are trying to enjoy a different settings with great music, food and a drink. Its nice to be... around ppl of my age and older dancing and enjoying the DJ. You can choose to dine outside rooftop or inside. We will definitelyreturn. Read more
Went out for a date night with the wife, had cocktails and appetizers. The old fashion was perfect and the calamari was... delicious. Ended the night by dropping my phone under the deck. I was able to get in contact with the owner. He allowed me andthe maintenance guy to retrieve it. Love the vibe here. Will definitely be returning for live music and food. Read more
I have no idea what the hype is. Nice hang area if you sit by the bar. Ambiance not bad inside as well. However the... food.....???? We ordered 2 burgers which were both severely undercooked. We asked for medium and they were both burnt outsideand rare inside (and my husband is not the type to send food back), an order of Tacos and Pasta primavera which had no seasoningwhatsoever. The appitizers were tasty but not worth entree prices. I will say the drinks were pretty yummy and the service wasgreat. But if you're coming for edible food.... Just don't. Read more
This place is beautiful I love the the fact is always decorated for the season, however paying $10 to enter and sit by the bar I... think is outrages, the ambiance it’s ok not my type of live band at all but for some people it may be. The food is top notchmy husband and I visit this place for the third, ( first two times was free), delicious food, and appetizers. The bartenderswe had last night wasn’t the best attentive person, we ordered the food someone else brought it to us, and she never asked usthrough out the 2 hrs we spent there if we need anything else etc, we had to wave her every time my husband needed adrink.
