Not all Starbucks are alike and this store is no exception. They offer drive through and open during major holidays. Staff is... nice. Consistency is a big problem here. I find the baristas here is on average and most of the time my drinks came outterrible. They don?t made them like you ordered. My favorite is a trenta cold brew with light ice, a dozen hazelnut pump, 3 rawsugar and 3 shots. I drink hundreds of these over the years. I mostly go to Sommerset Square and they always make it right.Starbucks at Hebron Ave never does! I use them as a last resort when I am too lazy and need to drive through or the Sommersetstore is closed. An $8 drink came out nasty. I came back for them to fix it but it still came out as bad. Slowest Starbucks I?ve been to in my entire life. Employees have no work ethic, inside talking amongst each other instead of... putting in the least bit of hustle. Waited 20 minutes for my drink. Insanity. Whip your staff into shape!! Read more
Parking lot is tiny and often gets in the way of the drive thru. Usually a long line of cars and its easier to order online and... pick up in store. Last time there were two people working while maybe four others were just hanging out. Read more
Got my $11 coffee wrong and did not out thr cold foam on it during a busy time. They remade the drink correctly when I brought... it back but they should just take their time and do it correctly the first time. Read more
Inconsistent. Closest to the office, so visiting often. Ordered matcha latte and received essentially a cup of milk on ice,... flavorless and colorless. Parking and drive-through is a very narrow tunnel with no escape that gets completely jammed duringbusy times. Read more

Mobile order 11 minutes prior to arrival. Waiting in store an additional 19 minutes for it to be ready. Seems absolutely nuts.
