Have dined at WMCC 3 times, and have never been disappointed. Just this past September, I had the soup special, butternut squash... with apples and cinnamon. I'm not a soup guy, but this was really special. Had the Pork Chop for my entree which was thick andjuicy. On another earlier visit ordered Maine Sea Scallops, with Snap Pea & Bacon Risotto, Pistachio Gremolata, Arugula, Fennel38. Service was top notch. So delicious. Highly recommend. Read more

For a fresh take on salad that you won't soon forget, try the Cider Mill Salad. The flavor is amazing. Several of ustried the Maine Sea Scallops and it was unanimous, best scallop dish ever! I would say finest dining in the White Mtns of NH, but I wouldn’t be giving this place enough credit! This is some of the most... incredible dining in general you will find! Oh my goodness! My girl and I got the piece of art that was the charcuterie board tostart. Absolutely best most incredible thing I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating!! The drinks; service, and ambiance was justunmatched!! The scallops and pork chop followed up as expected. You need to experience to believe just how incredible this placereally is. We stopped at the little cafe/market in the back. They had lots of yummy stuff for sale and delicious looking baked goods. I got... the most amazing white chocolate raspberry scone. It was hot and soft and so tasty. I also got hot apple cider which wasextremely hot. I waited a bit for it to cool down while I ate my scone and it was so delightful! We ate inside, they had about 6seats at a little bar area. Wish I could have eaten at the restaurant! Also, you could buy a GALLON of maple syrup. Lol Amazing! Read more

The best meal we had during our 5 day vacation! The charcuterie board was full of delicious cheeses, the 2 salads filled with... fresh ingredients, and scallops and gnocchi cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the cidertini and chocolate martini fordessert! The warm cider doughnuts were amazing with crunchy outside, soft inside, and went perfectly with the ice cream. I don’t write a lot of reviews. But we came here for our anniversary dinner after hiking mount Washington. We got hung up on... the hike and were late with no cell service, when I called to apologize they were more than understanding. This place is a GEMin the white mountains. The host, bartender, and wait staff were friendly and engaging! The food!!! AMAZING! Easily a 5 starrestaurant in a small community that mostly has places with burgers fries and sometimes a unique dish. This place blew us out ofthe water. We consider ourselves foodies, and the duck my husband had was to die for! My beef short rib was like butter! I wishI could have tried every dessert! My husband said he will never have “normal” smores again. We went back to the market inthe morning for our 4 hour drive home for a breakfast sandwich and snacks, easily one of the best I’ve had.
