Wow what a great location! Service at dinner was stellar. Our server Ashley was amazing. More servers should learn form her!... Prompt, pleasant, fast, helpful all with a smile. Greg the manager on duty stopped by our table to see how we enjoyed and weall had a great conversation, great guy! Clean restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. We will be back to this particularlocation again purposely! The people are so amazing I almost forgot to tell you the food was fast, hot and very tatsy!Everything on point. Great relaxing place for dinner after a long day. Read more

This location has always been 5 stars for its quality of food and quality of staff. Lately, service is a problem. I'm sure it's... because of staffing challenges across the industry. I'll give this location credit in that they use the "runner" concept to keepfood and non-alcoholic drinks coming. The issue, though, is that everything comes out at odd times, so something is off withtheir approach. You can literally order a soda, then a few minutes later, order an appetizer. Your appetizer will come outbefore you soda. It would also be nice if this location stopped playing 60's and early 70's music. The atmosphere is very"yawn" now where it used to be very upbeat and fun. While that seems like an odd thing to mention, I used to always sit and havean alcoholic drink after I finished eating to enjoy the atmosphere. Now, I can't get out fast enough. Read more

Very good experience. I love Chili?s and this location didn?t disappoint. Only issue was with low syrup on 1 drink but it was... quickly resolved once mentioned to our server. Slightly longer than usual wait for meals to hit table but no major complaints. Read more

27 minute ticket time on a salad. A salad that doesn't even need to be cooked. Nothing else. I spent more in gas waiting in the... curbside spot than the salad cost. No dressing and no utensils were included. Edit: went back since we couldn't eat food. Spokewith Manager. They fixed the issue. Server-terrible. Manager-great Read more

What has happened to Chilis? Ordered steak, which was a big mistake. Told they don?t offer baked potatoes. What? Only very cheap... wine on the menu. Chili?s used to be a halfway decent restaurant. Now it?s a terrible choice. Will never eat at another one. But, the people were great. They are working for management who has driven this chain into the ground. Does some private equitycompany own them? Read more

Ordered take out. Got home and was missing my salad and my loaded texas fries. Plus one salsa cup was only half full instead of... full like they should be. I love y?all?s salsa please always fill to the top.. Called the restaurant, they put the manager on.He asked if I wanted to come back and get them.. nope.. I asked for a refund on my missing items. He was not rude but notcompassionate either. Almost like this has happened before kind of sense. Just check your bags before leaving. Don?t have yourkid do it like I did.. also not sure who my $10 tip went to.. they clearly didn?t make sure everything was loaded in the bagbefore sending it out the door. Read more

One day, Chili?s is going to get it together and when that day comes, they will be an amazing chain restaurant! Food was... mediocre at best. The food looks great, but the flavor profile needs meets up to my hopes. I ordered the chicken fajitas andalthough the chicken was SUPER moist, the flavors were just a miss. Mine were over salted, but aside from that, the flavors justdidn?t blend well. Corn tortillas were served rolled in foil and it?s well known that rolling them in foil will make them tear. Why won?t they drop the foil and just grab a simple tortilla holder? 99c at the dollar store and it could turn it all around. The rice was chalky and had that after-taste like it came from a box. The beans were fine, but definitely not charro beans. Idid give the location 3 stars because their chips are always consistently good, the salsa had a great flavor with a nice heatlevel, and the sweet tea was amazing - as always. The waitress was excellent and very attentive. The restaurant was constantlybeing cleaned, which I loved, and no sticky residue on the tables. So, basically, a standard Chili?s experience from a customerwho really thinks this chain could be something wonderful if they applied themselves! Read more
