Absolutely terrible. The workers were rude and we had to wait 20 minutes with two people in front due to them being behind and... unorganized with online orders. Better management would be benefit and clearer organization strategies. Read more
Food was typical but the evening manager on 7-16-22 was unnecessarily rude and a terrible example to her staff. She has no clue... how to de-escalate a customer situation and wouldn?t provide her name since I wanted to complain. Blamed everything on?corporate policy? and said she just worked there for a paycheck. I?d fire her immediately if you want repeat customers. Read more
Food was good, seasoned good, not salty like other reviews claim, guacamole was fresh and delicious extra points on that, but... taking off points for rude workers, not all, just 2 of them, BEWARE .. they are charging extra for sides if bowl is too full,not a problem but something I have not heard before must be a "New Fee" or just this Chipotle in particular, I don't mind butstop reminding me my bowl is getting to full and lid won't close with an attitude, don't worry about it, I'm the one eating it &paying for it , not you! Got the food very very salty. Spend 24$ and we could not eat the food. Everything was so salty. I have High blood pressure, I... can?t eat salty food and this is not acceptable. You should taste the food before you serve it to people. Read more
The food was awful, the ingredients are not fresh, very salty, almost impossible to eat. The second burrito bowl was half empty.
Easy in and easy out. Staff are polite and friendly. Portions still aren?t controlled. Some workers add a lot while others skimp... like it?s for a toddler. This is another one of Richmond?s newer locations that have a separate area specifically for mobile andonline orders to be prepared. It was clean inside on the floors, tables, and area to pick up plastic ware and napkins. Thefood station area was also clean. There wasn?t food spilled on the counters and floor. There were ample employees working toensure that freshly prepared food was being made to handle the influx of customers. I?d return to this location. Update:Removing another star because when I got to the office all of the salsa had poured out in the bag because the person failed toput the lid on the container properly. The lid was laying in the bag as if had never been placed on the container. It alsoruined my seat in the car. Not happy with this. Read more
This place is a straight up disgrace. Unorganized and dirty. Last time I was in there people had been waiting an hour for their... online orders. I took one look at the gross floor and tables and angry customers and bounced. Gotten a few DoorDash orders fromthis location and there?s been something wrong every time.
