It was good. Had the taco salad with chicken. It was ok probably won?t get that again. Best part is chip, salsa and dip.

It?s just a fun place to hang out with friends and dine. Their price is about the same as a fast foodjoint, so I would rather dine here. Wow! This place has a lot to look. While I was waiting for my food I was looking at all of the interesting decorations. Every... inch of the restaurant is decorated. I am traveling for work and was so excited to see Chuy's! As soon as you sit down they bring hot fresh chips, house made salsa,... and creamy jalapeño. I got chicken tortilla soup. Honestly I would travel to Chuy's just to get this. It is my favorite. Sincethe soup and chips fill me up I got flautas to share. They were also incredible. Topped my meal with a top shelfmargarita. Tex Mex type food. My beef was underseasoned in my combo fajitas, but the chicken portion was well seasoned. The tortilla chips... are nice and thing. The creamy jalapeno ranch sauce has just a little kick, which is nice. Chicken tenders was available forkids and a generous portion for less than six bucks, and includes drink and dessert. Read more
Went on a Monday night, was not disappointed with their food! Chuy?s has some great food! They seemed to be a little... understaffed, it was about a 25 min wait although there were many open tables. The hostess(Taylor I think) was awesome. Normally would comment on the wait staff but Taylor was running circles around everyone! She was dealing with a full waitingarea, running Togo orders from the kitchen, answering the phone, and directing bus staff. She kept the front of the housetogether! After seating the chips, salsa, and glorious Jalapeño ranch was flowing on demand! Our waitress Eva did an excellentjob juggling tables and kept the service running smoothly. Was surprised to see the manager running food and helping the staffas needed! My biggest complaint is that Chuy?s has shortened their menu so much that I miss all the old options I grew to love. I even heard the waitress across call the menu the ?covid? menu. I get that Covid has changed things, but it?s nearly 2 yearsin, it?s like they are not even trying to bring back the full menu. Chuy's is a favorite for Tex-Mex dining. The Short Pump location has always been a great restaurant. I normally order the Elvis... Memorial Combo. The decorations are neat and the food is always delicious. Read more
