2 crew members working 1 didnt make a sub the 45 mins. wewaited for our order. Order was incorrect as well as 2 other orders we... saw come before ours. Avoid this place at all cost. Better places to eat with better attitudes and more focused on customers andnot on being on the phone. One sub place off my list of places to eat. I have read the reply maybe it's time to get corporate tocome in the store and not tell the private owner. If you look at all the bad reviews it seems private owner does not help . I have been here twice and the service was unsatisfactory. The first time we waited over 20 minutes to order. The sandwiches... were good. The second time I ordered online and arrived 5 minutes after the pick up time. I still waited an additional 30minutes for my sandwiches while the staff was talking to someone on speakerphone. Restaurant closes at 9 pm noted on front door. We arrived about 830p and ordered. There were two employees who didn't really... want to be there. They were out of meatballs. While we were eating, another customer comes in at about 845 or 850 pm. Theemployees told him they were closed. The one worker said after he left: "We need to clean to leave at 9". My thoughts are youserve customers until posted closing time then clean. Closing shift usually works 30 minutes to an hour after and should bescheduled accordingly. Read more

My husband stopped at the Virginia Center Commons location to grab dinner. The order was placed and correct however, the food... was old. Once we arrived home to eat, we opened the boxes and the subs looked dark. We assumed it was just a little burnt, butstill attempted to eat the sandwiches. After bitting into the meat, we both immediately spit it out. The sauce and inside themeatballs were black and dripping with grease. They must have been cooked and recooked SEVERAL times. I called and spoke to themanager (Brian) and shared with him our dissatisfaction for our dinner. He shared that sticker must?ve been incorrect and themeatballs could have been older than 3- days old (YIKES)! He offered to make fresh sandwiches tomorrow but I would prefer notand to just receive a full refund. Read more

I was greeted on arrival, order was taken promptly and repeated to me for accuracy, options... were offered, and a free drink survey was also conveyed to me; and the food was made correctly.
