My husband and I came here for our date night. Both of our steaks were cooked correctly the first time. Patricia our server was... delightfully attentive to our needs and skilled in her time management she took excellent care of us and we will request herwhen coming back. Decent steak and sides. But at the price it should be served hot and with a smile. ?Held? our place in line via the web site... and was told it didn?t do much. Waited 45 min on a quoted 30 min wait to be told (after confirmation) our name was gone. Noapologies. Asked to wait another 15 min. We sat at the bar. Took another 10-15 before we were addressed and ordered. Thebartenders were nice and friendly but the front of house staff should learn to accommodate folks that have issues not their own. My husband had a steak with a side of broccoli. He woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. This was the same... thing that happened to him when he went a few years back. We went as a large group last night. Of all 15 of us, only one steakwas cooked anywhere close to how it was ordered. Mine was ordered as medium but it came back well done. The waitress took itback but the new steak came back the same exact way. All I had to eat was a baked potato that honestly could have been cooked abit longer. Last time we went there, we were treated really well, the food was perfect. This time starting from the receptionist who gave us... our spot to the waitress who was serving us were very unwelcoming and mistreating. The waitress didn't show up to ask us forrefill or to check if we need something else. She brought us a burned Brussels sprouts and a disgusting sweet potato. Sodisappointed with the service. It sucks I didn't get our waitresses name!!! She was amazing!!! We were there Thu June 30th for my grandmother's 95th birthday,... she was FANTASTIC!!! And a boss, she had every table!!! She even took time out of being busy to take pics for us!!! We will beback for her 100th.....as long as she's still there!!!???????? Read more
This is acually for the longhorn that's on Laburnum Avenue that's in White Oaks Shopping Center. Not only was the wait... ridiculous but they didn't have any more silver ware wrapped so they bought us plastic forks and spoons and knife. When the foodgot to us it was cold and it was not cook the way we asked. They made it right but it took a long time for anyone to come to thetable to check on us so that we could show them that our food which was barely lukewarm but mainly cold and I constantly ran outof drink in which i had to flag people down to get more. The floor underneath the table and the floor in general in therestaurant was just dirty. There was food and straw papers all over the floors. The restaurant was packed and they didn't haveenough staff to accommodate and just about every table was occupied. They had three parties going on with multiple people wheremost of the people were angry because they had to wait for very long periods of time to get any service. A woman claimed thatshe left her credit card on the table and after she left when they couldn't find her credit card the two managers and two of theworkers were talking about her and laughing about her very loudly. To be honest the woman wasn't being honest about how long shehad been gone which was almost an hour before she came back yelling about her credit card and she wasnt the last person theleave the VERY LOUD table. In all the food was good once they made it right but the service was not good because the poorwaitress was overworked. When you pay good money to go out to eat, you should get what you've ordered and not have to compromise. They were out of sweet... potatoes, not a huge deal but we didn't want a starchy baked potato. It's part of what we were craving and what drew us to therestaurant in the first place. There were no concessions or enticements to bring us back again... Upgraded salad, cup of soup,dessert to split. Nada. I know, first world problems, but when you're spending $33 each for a meal you should get what you want. Read more
