Came in for 2 hotcakes and sausage breakfast. That's all. All these people have been waiting over 40 min for a biscuit! Still... waiting over 40 min and still no breakfast. Most unorganized, unprofessional staff I've ever seen. Ordered thru kiosk only theysaid, no counter staff, drive thru is 12 cars long and kitchen is full of staff. save your time, go to Chic fil la next toPublix. Never again. Read more

Everytime I go there my order is messed up. They didn't even melt the cheese on my cheeseburger. Then I order a chocolate... milk shake and they gave me a vanilla. I had two different employees tell me I was wrong. I've been to McDonald's all overthe country they definitely gave me a vanilla milk shake. The last time before this they gave me a burger that looked sodisgusting I wouldn't let a dumpster rat eat it. It's always sloppy food and terrible service. 11/10 don't recommend goinghere. Took grandson and his friend for lunch at McDonald's. I loved this McDonald's. It was clean, the tables and chairs were great.... Food was really good. Everything we ordered was fresh and hot. First time I have had fresh hot french fries in ages. Children had happy meals. French fry container was full to the top. This never happens. Good job to the manager and his/herstaff. Thank you. Slow service and then the food was crazy... the Big Mac was not put together properly, unbelievable. Went in for them to fix... it and they prepared it the same way!!! (Picture) Second issue was Oreo McCurry. When we got through the ice cream, found Halfthe cup filled with crushed Oreos at the bottom! Wasted money but NEVER AGAIN! NEVER! Read more
These are supposed to be quarter pounders w/ cheese. The employees are slow, very underwhelming in the customer service side of... things, and also don't even care to get an order correct. One of the employees lied and said they couldn't take orders at theregister (because there was no cash drawer in the register) and that I had to use the kiosk. This is of course after I parkedand went in because apparently taking drive through orders is optional to this group of employees. Okay no problem. Get home,and this is what I had in my bag. Patience and understanding, gets you garbage and disappointment; appreciate the $9 lesson youjerks. I do however love the Wendy's across the street from them, great service/food and they employ those with special needs! Read more
I wanted to say that the service here was great. We were checked in on at the kiosk when ordering food. We were also asked while... sitting down eating. The staff here was very attentive. The food is what it is, you know what you're getting when you go toMcDonald's ????. Read more
