Not bad service, but sometimes when they bring my meal, I had to remind them I also had a drink if they didn?t got bring it to... me. And my first visit there, they forgot to add bacon in my bacon quarter pounder. So, I had to remind them with a positiveattitude. They saw and admit their mistakes, at least. The Store Manager, Helen was courteous, friendly, and very professional! I worked in retail for over nine years as an Assistant... Service Center Manager for Valvoline Instant Oil Change and I have worked with many Service Center Managers- I never wanted todrink the Kool-Aid because it didn't fit my lifestyle. In any event, she operates this multi-million dollar establishment "OnPoint" and in the same manner that I would. Moreover, she made us a fresh pot of coffee and placed the exact amount of requestedsugars and creamers in our bags- she even wrapped our chocolate chip cookies in a separate bag. Most impressive she ensures thatthe bathrooms are kept clean! Honestly, my wife and I patronized a lot of McDonald's from Maine and all of the other New EnglandStates to New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, West Virginia, NorthCarolina, and South Carolina and none of the locations had bathrooms maintained like Helen"s store. Waited in drive through line forever. Placed order and paid. Drove up to next window and waited. Was told to move to parking... space to wait. Waited 15 more minutes. Tried calling twice. No answer. On 3rd try, a rude person answered. I asked for a refund.Was told no and food was on the way out. Waited 5 more minutes and left. No food. No refund. No ?I?m sorry for the inconvenience? Read more
Got breakfast half way through sandwich I looked at wrapper of sand and saw what looked like ( no other way to describe sorry)... booger with a sesame seed stuck to it on the inside where my sandwich was....note picture.I immediately threw up and tossedsandwich after picture was taken!! When I called number on receipt I was told wrong number.This came from McDonald's on nucholsrd va. Tried re dailing number couple times but they just kept disconnecting me. Read more
Last week I had a terrible customer service experience. The young lady who took my order at the drive through was very rude. ... When I got to the window two young ladies were treating the older lady at the window terribly. If they had issues with her,they shouldn?t be mean to her and certainly not in front of customers. I will never go to this McDonalds again. I went through the drive through this morning around 10:30 am . Handed my food and the... bag reeked of a fragranced scented oil, lotion , perfume or cologne. It was overwhelming. So strong caused my throat to swell,arms to burn. Put the bag in back floor board still permeated my car Called spoke to manager super rude, no help. I noticed theolder lady at window seemed to affect her also. I had to stop and throw my food in the closest trash can. Come home and air mycar out. Keep the fragrances at home. Read more
The lobby is open, so I went inside to order. No one was in line and halfway through my order, they switched people. Person 1... apparently entered nothing. Person 2 asked what I wanted. I asked if anything was already entered and she said, "I don't know. Ijust got here!" I reordered and waited a very long time for no apparent reason. Every single worker there seemed as though theyare passed at life and hate their job. It was so toxic, I went and ate in my car. I got a chicken sandwich meal and a milkshake.The sandwich and fries were hot, but the sandwich was just thrown into the box with the toppings mostly off with much of it inthe box- see the pictures. So I took my filet o fish back because there was no tarter on it. The MANAGER...the manager takes it in the window to the back... put tarter on it and hands it back to me. So I'm like no please take this and make it fresh. They pulled me up to wait. 2 minslater the order taker brings the sandwich to me and asks me to check it in front of him. Same sandwich drowned in tarter nowwith another piece of cheese on it. I asked him to take it back inside remind his manager that everything that has alreadyhappened is a major food safety violation and to make my sandwich again. It was remade but needless to say I didnt eat itcouldn't trust it. If they will do this to food that is returned imagine what happens with the food before its served.
