I've ordered twice from this restaurant in the last 5 days. My order wasn't right either time. The first time I called them,... the manager was very nice and made it right. Today, that didn't happen. I love Moe's, but it will be a very long time before Iorder from them again. Read more
There seemed to be some confusion by many of the staff on processing orders. There was a mixup on my wife's order where she was... charged for a combo after she said that she didn't want it. There was one person on staff that understood and was able to getthe issue resolved after we paid. Read more
One of the smaller Moe?s I?ve been to. And was there AC? Plus there needs to be someone cleaning up the floors and tables. The... place was filthy. But the food was good. Although I felt like I was in life for a while. Plus the credit card machine wasn?tworking and the cashier didn?t know how to reset it. But 3 stars not because of the food. Everything tasted great. Just wish theservice was better. Do something about online orders and customers coming in to order. Someone else needs to handle the onlineorders to get the line moving quicker. Read more
Sanitation is a must especially during times like this . There is no reason my extra peppers (I asked for) should?ve been thrown... in the bag with my chips . My moms burrito was thrown in the bag with her chips . They should?ve been in separate bags from thechips, being that the chips is not secluded . Last but not least the customer service wasn?t professional, I wasn?t able tounderstand the lady too clear who was making our food , so it was frustration from her because of that . Received my mobile order and they included my burrito in the bag with chips. That?s unsanitary af to include food with chips... because that aluminum foil been on the counter.
