There seemed to be some confusion by many of the staff on processing orders. There was a mixup on my wife's order where she was... charged for a combo after she said that she didn't want it. There was one person on staff that understood and was able to getthe issue resolved after we paid. Read more
One of the smaller Moe?s I?ve been to. And was there AC? Plus there needs to be someone cleaning up the floors and tables. The... place was filthy. But the food was good. Although I felt like I was in life for a while. Plus the credit card machine wasn?tworking and the cashier didn?t know how to reset it. But 3 stars not because of the food. Everything tasted great. Just wish theservice was better. Do something about online orders and customers coming in to order. Someone else needs to handle the onlineorders to get the line moving quicker. Read more
Sanitation is a must especially during times like this . There is no reason my extra peppers (I asked for) should?ve been thrown... in the bag with my chips . My moms burrito was thrown in the bag with her chips . They should?ve been in separate bags from thechips, being that the chips is not secluded . Last but not least the customer service wasn?t professional, I wasn?t able tounderstand the lady too clear who was making our food , so it was frustration from her because of that . Moes is a great place to find a quick quesadilla. They are located beside Five Guys, and are easy to find a table on any given... night. The serving size of quesadilla was pretty big which surprised me but made me happy at the same time. They provide freetortilla chips and salsa, which is awesome but I've been twice lately and noticed those free chips are usually broken up piecesof tortilla both times. I dont know if they provide seconds but they should since the pieces are so broken up into bits. Anyway,This is a good alternative option for lunch or dinner. Read more
First time in Moes grill in VA and it was just awesome ! Very quick and prompt service ... quantity of the rice bowl and veggie... was awesome . One couldn?t eat the whole bowl. Need atleast 2 people to share :) veggies were fresh and the guacamole alsotasted good . We also ordered chips and salsa ... good parking facilities ... moderately priced . Didn't like the flavor, but might be best for few. Never again! The chicken was not flavorful & beans are like nooo!
Received my mobile order and they included my burrito in the bag with chips. That?s unsanitary af to include food with chips... because that aluminum foil been on the counter. Then my burrito was filled with a lot of rice and only like 8 pieces of steak.Wouldn?t eat here again. Chipotle or Qdoba is way better anyway. Read more
