New cafe in Glen Allen that offers a wide variety of fresh muffins, bagels, and coffees! My personal favorite muffin is the... deep-dish apple pie, very original and tasty. They have over 15 options of flavors (jumbo and mini muffin options) and alwaysswitch it up which I think is very nice and allows one to try different things. My awesome coworker brought me a cranberry orange jumbo muffin from this spot and it's ah-mazing! So moist, with the perfect... amount of cranberries! I've had my eye on this place opening for a little while now and finally was able to make my way in. Well worth the wait!! The... staff was incredibly friendly, and I thought it was cool you can sample the cream cheese flavors they make. The everything bagelwas delicious and the perfect texture, no caraway seed and has salt! Tried the mini cinnamon chip muffins and they wereabsolutely perfect; moist, soft and bursting with flavor. I went to the new location in Glen Allen today. This was my first time at My Favorite Muffin ever. The Bagels were delicious and... my daughter loved the apple cinnamon cream cheese. My only complaint is that several of the muffins were hard and had lost fullflavor. The girl working told me the muffins last 3 days. I have to disagree. I got a dozen mini muffins and over half werehard and tasteless. I also got 4 big muffins that I haven't tried yet and really hoping they aren't as hard as the mini muffinswere. I definitely would move the 3 day mark to maybe 1 day. Read more
Going to My Favorite Muffin was a real treat this afternoon. I could not get enough of the delicious and fresh muffins. Very... hard to pick just one or two because every one is delicious.
