Update, not like it was 2 years ago. Ordered online to pickup. The 15% discount on 1st online ordering, not honored. No cheese... sauce with chips, no sour cream with dinner (as described) Received the minimum dinner at expensive prices $$$$. I am not goingback. Disappointed in the food, preparation, and the prices. There is better Mexican in Richmond area. And their arrogantattitude was something I was not expecting. Read more

Customer service is non existent! The jerk taking the orders and working up front did not put our online orders in, not just one... order but two, then said I got busy and forgot to put the orders in it?s okay I will put them in now. There were maybe 3 tablesof customers ???? No I?m sorry nothing just blew it off and could have cared less. Then after we waited for about 20 moreminutes for our food and were told we could have margaritas while we wait, supposedly no charge for the inconvenience, we wereagain insulted by having to prove we paid for our online orders. Obviously he was not competent enough to take the order and putit in so why expect him to be able to read and see we already paid. Then gives us a ticket for the margaritas! These were compdue to the inconvenience, he said no they are not free. This was discussed with him and the waiter. He was belligerent and rudeto all 3 of us! I have never in my life! The one order that was ready was cold, the other order was the wrong food and wasdisgusting and mine was the only one that was okay. My friend called back to address the incorrect order and got no where buthung up on! The food is not good anyway so none of us will ever be back! I guess that explains why the place is empty when wepick up our food! I?m sure this will be the next business to fold and all because of rude and nasty people running it! I put in a takeout order at 11:20 for pickup at 12:15. I got there at noon and order was ready - and completely cold from... sitting out. There was no warmth left to it at all. I checked it when I got to car. The sauces were runny. If the cheesewasn?t melted, I would think it had never been hot at all. Apparently these people do not realize that people want HOT food. Fortunately I came home and was able to zap it hot. Don?t put your takeout orders in too early! This is my second time orderingfrom here. The first time was great, but this time way way too salty. I like to try different menu items, and I thought I would try the Mexican potatoes. I was picturing cut potatoes, spicy and... crunchy! What I received was mashed potatoes with cheese on top. I?m fairly certain they were instant potatoes, not much flavor.Very disappointing. Read more

I haven't been here for a while and met my family for dinner.My sister ordered Grilled Talapia and Shrimp with fresh... vegetables.She said it was really good, lightly seasoned and moist.I had fried Beef Chimichangas which were crunchy on theoutside,and full of steak on the inside.The steak could have been a bit more tender,but it had good flavor.They initiallybrought me chicken in error,but were quick to replace it.My nephew ordered Beef tacos. I would have rated higher,but it wasn'tvery busy ,and our waiter seemed to be frustrated whenever we needed something. Read more

I've been here before, food was great, so I went back. figure I'd try something new. I enjoy spicy food and there was a dish... labeled "medium hot", so I gave it a go. it was unbelievably hot. when the waiter came by to check on us, I let him know thatthis wasn't medium hot. he said "no no, this is very spicy". I let him know that it wasn't even edible. I let him know that theyshould probably fix the menu, as another person at my table (who also enjoys spicy foods) had the same reaction as I had. at nopoint was I offered another dish to replace it, nor did they remove it from my bill. instead, when he came back, he let me knowthat the cook said this was in fact medium hot and he has something that is "way hotter". not very good from a customer serviceperspective.....it's unfortunate that I don't want to go back now because as stated before, the food was pretty good!
