Let me first off start by saying I haven?t been to an O?Charleys in 5+ years. It seems they have changed their menu but still... have the basics, which are steak, burgers, ribs & tenders which they?ve always done well. Anything outside of that, it is hitor miss. We did go twice within a 3 week period. First their salad, the lettuce was wet & brown. I ended up picking the chickenout and ate most of the appetizer. It had a really good presentation though. The nachos were not what I expected at all. Theywere a little bland and felt like it was missing something. Their loaded potato skins are pretty good. This is my go to. Theribs & steak are always fantastic. No complaints there. O?Charleys is a good restaurant with pretty decent bar food. It doesn?tseem that they have changed their rolls. But if you go here, know they only do certain foods well all the time. Read more
The restaurant was at half capacity and we still waited 15 minutes for a server. He was friendly and apologized for the wait.... Food was delicious. When we got our bill the 10.00 special turned out to be 10.49 asked the waiter and he shruged his... shoulders. I had to ask him to go ask someone and he came back and said he don't know what happened. This was the Tues.Special tenders fries and drink. Read more
We had a great experience at the Glen Allen O'Charleys. The host and hostess greeted us with smiles. The womens restroom was... clean. Our waitress Lauren (LP) was FABULOUS!!! Best waitress I've ever had. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.And the manager, Luke, was very customer oriented, friendly and made sure all guests were satisfied. This was my 1st time at O?Charley?s in like 8 years and it was a pretty good experience. I got a Western Burger and fries with... water and my dad got a steak. They put the NASCAR Cup race on which was good but they had to cook the steak twice cause it wasundercooked. Place definitely needs more staff with only about 4 people working. This is low grade food. Everything tasted so funny to the point we didn?t finish lunch. Sirloin steak was high blood pressure... salty and the baked potato was barely warm. Didn?t even melt the butter. My daughter had the chicken sandwich. Dissatisfied athow they got it so dry but somehow amazed all in the same. The rolls are the worst. Had a big group of 10 on Sunday the 13th around 1pm. The bartender offered to take us in the bar area so we could watch the... games. She was so incredibly attentive towards our group it was insane. Such a pleasure. They where busy but they went out oftheir way for us. So appreciative. Wish I could remember her name. Food was really good, no complaints from anyone. So happythey sat us before the 35 minute wait time we where offered. The staff that day was so amaze I'd go back every Sunday if Ididn't live in New York. Southern hospitality at its absolute finest.
