With today's current challenge finding employees, this Panda Express location has found a great crew. The staff are friendly... and welcoming and the food is prepared perfectly. Good job to all! Read more

This was my first visit to Panda Express. When I entered, I first noticed how clean it was. At the start of the line, I saw... previously prepared items set in warming containers. Each dish looked as if they had just made it. The man working behind thecounter was very patient with me as I asked about which items were fried vs grilled. Beef & Broccoli looked popular, judgingfrom the mostly empty container; but my food guide mentioned that popularity varies. I ended up with one of the 3 grilleddishes: Chicken & Green Beans. The flavor was spot on Asian without being spicy. The beans were cooked perfectly, keeping thatrich green color. I also had a tasty (not greasy) vegetable roll. The only suggestion I have is to add veggies to the chickenteriyaki. They still get 5 stars in my book. Read more

It's always the same boring items, but what made it worse was the horrible language issues. You cant have someone taking orders... if you cant understand what the customer is asking or saying. Yes i understand help is hard to find, but still!!! If you can'tunderstand someone let someone who can understand do the job. Food is boring but quick & decent. Read more

My rule is I never leave a bad review anywhere unless I have three bad experiences. Which usually means I leave no bad reviews... because usually after one bad experience I never go back. However, I am a Panda Express junkie, and this store is the closest tome. Where to begin. I guess I will start with bad experience 1, which is actually a group of bad experiences. The drivethrough. Going through the drive through here is a wildly different experience to the drive through at staples mill. They oftendon't have what you ordered available. If you want a side sauce or chopsticks and ask for them, they won't end up in the bag. After several times going back into the store to ask for random items I gave up on the drive through. Second strike came afterI started going in. For one thing, I overheard a staffer telling a new hire to give "the old food" to the drive through, beforeswitching out "the new food". Thanks for confirming to never go through the drive through again. Also, as someone who has workedin resteraunts, do NOT tell the customer how the sausage is made. Even with "the new stuff" the orange chicken was chewy, therice was dry and barely edible and whoever was cooking clearly had no idea how to make the items. Third strike was today. Iwalked in, and there was literally nothing ready. A half pan of orange chicken, some dry looking roasted chicken and everythingelse scraping the dregs. Either they had a massive rush 15 minutes before I walked in the door, or nobody was buying anything tojustify making anything. Considering how empty the dining room and drive through was, I assume the latter. Ordered rice anddouble orange chicken. Rice was dry, and chicken chewy. This was painful to write as I am a big panda express fan. Never goingto this location again. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 10 minutes to drive to the nearby Parham Road location. They arealways great. Read more
