Corey was AMAZING! He greeted everyone with a smile. He made sure we had what we needed. I could tell he was a manager. When I... asked he said he was the general manager. That made his service even better to me. I told him he reminded me of the best boss Iever had at Taco Bell. He modeled for us everything he asked of us. First time ordering at this location and we used online ordering. As we arrived, we noticed the cashier double checking a mobile... order to ensure everything was there. I am extremely busy person but I am taking the time to write this review. I am also going to look up the owner?s information and... send him a letter or email. This was the worst experience that I?ve had at any place in my life. We walked in around 8pm andeveryone was cleaning and talking to each other. A few of the employees looked at us, didn?t say anything and kept cleaning. Iassumed that they were closed because there was no way that they disregarded me being in the store. I did a quick Google searchand to my SURPRISE, they were open for another two hours. I asked the guy if they were still open and he replied, ?Yes, areyou ready to order?? I said yes and he put the broom down and went straight for the gloves, as if he was going to start makingmy order. I asked him if he could wash his hands and he annoyingly said yes. By this point, I started rethinking ordering atall because that showed me how UNSANITARY they are! He came back over and I asked him if they always touch gloves and startmaking food WITHOUT washing their hands? He responded, ?Look, I just washed my hands, do you want to order or not?? I told himno and asked to speak to the manager. He told me that he was the manager. I asked who the store manger is and he said that hecan give me his number. I told him not to worry, I will handle it. I started walking away and he started talking to hiscoworkers in Spanish and they started laughing. His name is Sam. This is my second time ordering from this location on doordash. Both times they forgot at least 2 toppings. Whoever is... completing the mobile/doordash orders needs to pay more attention. Also, my Lettuce was no shredded. There were huge chunks soit seemed like someone just pulled them apart a little.
