Decided to try to get some mac from this location again in like 6 months, last time I came the drive thru was not in service. I... figured by now the place would have been good to go but nope still no drive thru available. Go inside and it's swamped withpeople. All I wanted was mac in a bread bowl. Here waiting for 30 minutes. It's so inconvenient for someone who has things to door is on a break at work. I can't believe how slow the service is. How hard is it? The mac is made and all you gotta do is throwit in a bowl and pack it up. Read more
This last trip was a BIG disappointment. First, it was suppose to be eat in. They put it in a bag to go. The cup of soup was... half full and so was the salad. Cold soup, ask to heat it and the person that called my name pointed at a micro wave and said Icould do it myself. Really, I paid good money for such bad service. Read more
Normally I wouldn't give this location a great review. During covid 19 staffing is at a minimum, I'd expect just the opposite. I... received a cup of soup instead of the bowl I ordered , not the first time, and no spoon to eat it with. The food was goodhowever. The shining light on this location was Chris , the cashier. He's exceptional, great personality , professional andefficient and working alone with no assistance during lunch. His customer service skills would be the only reason I'd considerreturning. Made an order online. Got delivered in a few minutes. But: instead of two whole salads, got two tiny side salads. Called to... Panera. Explained. Got delivered one whole salad instead of two. Again: I was charged for $11 per salad. Total disappointment. Read more
looking for fresh healthy foods to eat? this might be the place for you. i find the place somehow romantic? great ambiance and... lighting. a good place for a small chat or reading books or just hang around. they have good options for beverages too. the foodwe ordered where delicious. they also have condiments available, ketchup, mayonnaise and yellow mustard.
