The customer service was good, but the food was disappointing. I stood by and heard those cooking the food say that the sandwich... was burnt, but I definitely didn?t think they would serve it to me knowing this fact. Read more

This is what a 13 dollar steak and cheese looks like. Apparently it's supposed to be pink, but still being frozen in the middle... was too much for me to handle. I dont have high expectations for Panera but at these prices I expect them to put forth someeffort. Read more

Terrible food. I had boycotted this location after several bad experiences. Dirty tables, understandable since they are short... staffed..but COLD SOUP and a cold chicken sandwich?? I went back to get a new soup, and I was given an even bigger bowl whichhad "scrapings" of dried caked on soup from the sides of the container. Not fresh. The chicken sandwich was hard and cold, verydifficult to eat. Not what I expect from Panera. Definitely won't come back to this one, especially after I had a nice stomachache and got sick shortly after my meal. Hadn't eaten anything else today. Whoever is supposed to be responsible for this storeneeds a reality check. Disgraceful. Read more

Entered store. No employee in sight. Sign says order at Kiosk, which we did. An ice coffee and regular coffee. Entered cell... number for text as requested so as to be notified when the ice coffee was completed. NEVER received the ice coffee. Never saw anemployee. Strangest Panera experience. We helped ourselves to cups at the counter and helped ourselves to coffee and some sconesas well for the I convenience. We upgraded our sizes as well. Anyone want free coffee and scones head over to the Glenn AllenPanera. You can wander around behind the counter unabated. Your welcome. Read more

Stopped here early evening on a Tuesday. Took a few minutes before some one came to take the order. It took 12 minutes to get my... food & there was one person ahead of me in line & maybe 2 other people already eating. That's it. Everyone working there seemedsuper new, which in itself is not terrible... but there's a little pain that comes with it. While waiting 12 minutes for myPick 2, i had time to notice how unkept & unclean the dining area is. Not good. I've seen more than a few Panera stores likethis in the past year. Panera is a go-to spot for me because i have a food allergy & PB has good options for me. Started havingbad experiences more consistently lately & it's unfortunate. It's one thing to be kinda outta order on a bad day, but it'sanother to look like nobody has cared for a couple years. I get it... covid... worker shortages, etc. But for such a greatbrand, i expect more. And for an eating establishment i expect clean. If your dining room is nasty, how can i trust thekitchen??!!?? Dirty tables. Dirty chairs. Dirty carpet. Dirty walls. Old sour smell near the drink machine & trash area. Foodwas good. But the experience was terrible. I was going to sit & work for a few hours but couldnt take it. Panera gotta dobetter. If you have 10 things to do but can't do them all... stick with: Getting customers in & out Getting the order correct& tasty Keeping the place clean Y'all fn up, Panera. Read more

The food was ok, the atmosphere was ok, the area was ok. Nothing to write home about, but it?s Panera Bread. I wouldn?t have... even taken the time to review this place, had it been clean. Every single table was dirty, the ground was dirty, and some of thechairs looked broken. Also the coffee was super cold and went right in the trash. The two stars are for the food. It wasactually decent, and the staff was nice. Read more

Does this look like a 7 dollar sandwich.? I have always felt that Panerai was a but high, but the quality was there. And the... aervice too. Tonight, I was kind of annoyed. First, no one to take your order, you are forced to order online or use thekiosk. Meaning I can't pay cash AND have to figure out how to order. Which by the way takes way more time to do. Then mysandwich comes, oh there's no more they bring it to your table, you have to get it from the counter, no big deal. Justannoying and they pop your food on the counter and walk away. You have to be sure it's yours. Lastly was the sandwich. I usedto love the steak and white cheese. This time the steak was (in my opinion, ) less meat than a McDonald's burger. And the highfalutin bread, toasted to a crisp. Not just toasted, but crispy. Now I will say that I brought the sandwich back and asked forone with a roll that was less crispy... more like just toasted.. and the woman made me another, better but still light on thebeef. Tasted much better. The turkey chili my wife got however was fantastic. Any way... you asked me for my opinion. Read more

We ordered online at 11a-ish and Panera gave us an 12:45p pick up time. What? Then we arrived at 12:45p and they had not even... started our order. Then they couldn?t tell us if or when our order would be ready. Then I pushed again at 1p and the managersaid ?maybe? another 30 minutes. This means our online ?Rapid Pick Up? order will have taken ~2.5 to 3 hours to be made for us.Still waiting?. No admission of any error by Panera. I guess I should have ordered 4 hours in advance?
