So this was the 3rd time I visited this Papa John's all 3 times I had to say something to the Manger about employees working the... cash register and then going and making pizzas without really washing there hands. I ask the Manger on duty about who the owneris and she said Morgan Carson and she would be in the next morning. I called and some woman answered I ask to speak to Morganand she said this is she. Told her who I was and then asked her would she lick a dollar bill she then hung up on me. I calledback and told the guy that answered the phone what happened and he told me that Morgan was on maternity leave. Well who was Italking to earlier ????? He said that he will get the Manger on duty. On hold for 20 minutes. (Note this is Sunday afternoon,not busy). Anyway I call back same thing on hold. Drove down there. Alittle over 20 miles. (Still on hold over and hour total). Spoke to the young woman there who says she is the Manger on duty and Morgon is on maternity leave. She made excuses thought IDeanna not Morgan and more excuses why the guy when I came in didn't wash his hands. She also told me that their phone didn'tshow me on hold. Question: didn't the guy that answered the phone tell you i was on hold? Really? She said she understood myissues and will talk to the staff. Might want to be paying attention when you order from this store and check your pizza to seeif it right before you leave. My pizza was made by the manager on duty AFTER she washed her hand. To top it all off the pizzaI ordered the night before wasn't right. She offered anther pizza to be made today but I told her no thank you that isn't why Icame down here. Read more
This location is not a good Papa Johns location. When I first moved near to this location, I ordered a pizza and everything went... well. Since then, I?ve ordered pizza from them under 10 times and either I have not had specific toppings, burnt pizza,undercooked pizza, and terrible pizza cuts. One time I ordered a pizza and picked it up and they still forgot specific toppings.They did make another one though. If you must order from here. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I am from out of town and ordered a pizza from this location on line on 8/07/22 and waited over an... hour. it was just after closing at 11:00 pm and the tracker said it was delivered. There was no pizza delivered. I called and avery rude person claimed to be the manager said the driver could not find the address. After she refused to email me proof thatI was refunded my money, she hung up on me.sounds to me like they probably do this to other customers and take their money.Again, do not order fro here. So after a bad experience of 1.5 hour wait time when i was told 25 minutes and needed pizza for a luncheon at work I swore this... location off about three years ago and haven't been back since. (The manager said "sorry" and that was it when I had 12 peoplewaiting for pizza on their lunch break, No refund, no price deduction, etc). Today my co-worker orders food and shows up topick it up and learns that someone else had picked it up. She says "it wasn't me or someone in my office, did they ask for theorder by name?". The worker states "no, they just asked for the pappa dia's order we had". She had paid online when ordering,they would not remake her order without paying again. When she complained they said "take it up with corporate". She ended uppaying twice for the same order since she had other co-workers orders and didn't want to switch that late beforelunch. It took a little more than a hour to get my delivery. My order was cold. I called the manager she told me that there wasn?t... anything they can do about it. I ask for a remake, a voucher for another pizza in the future or something. She said no. So Isuggest when ordering from here order at your own risk. Ordered the New York style pizza. It arrived ice cold after 1 1/2 hours. No cheese but lots of empty dough around the edges.... This is the second time I've gotten a bad pizza. Do not recommend ordering from this location. Read more

I've had better pizza from lil Caesars and 7/11. Over cooked pizza would give half a star if I could. Waste of money
