2:00pm - Waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes before I got to place my order (there were a whole 3 cars in front of me). ... There are reasons for the memes and videos online when it comes to Popeyes service. This service has caused me headaches for... years and if it wasn't for my love of the spicy chicken sandwich, I'd never go. Consistently messes up my order or takes aneternity to fulfill it, cannot remember sauces asked for, and almost always expect my food to be handed to me without eyecontact or words of any sort. I can sympathize with fast food workers because I used to work in food service for years myself, but holy cow this place is... consistently bad. This past week was the icing on the cake when I was asked to wait for my order after going through the drivethru- not a big deal. The worst. Don't waste your time. Chicken is small and overcooked. Ordered 10 piece and they gave me 4 tiny wings, 2 tiny legs,... 1-1/2 thighs and 2 half breasts. Look at the pic. Awful. Read more
