15 Oct 2022 - 4:30pm - Bad experience: Pushed the order red button. 10min later the lady began to register my order and ended... the conversation without warning. I pushed a second time. 5min later she told me she didn?t understand me. 15min to order.Great! 10-15min later I get my food: cheeseburger cold, fries cold, only 2 napkins. They took my order and after nearly 20 minutes of waiting, I asked for an update. They claimed they never had my order. Given... how short staffed they appeared though, they had it out super quick after that. Unfortunately, the fries were still not cookedin the middle. Absolutely terrible I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich it definitely was not it was full of grease and soft and mushy just... disgusting and the cheese fries were all nasty they were stuck together from whatever cheese they use and stiff and cold. Alsomy drink was just carbonated water just all around bad experience. I called the establishment to talk to a manger . Especiallyabout a refund because I did not eat my food . She was rude . Asked me to bring the food back with receipt i had to explain toher that I could not at the time due to it being my lunch break . She stated if I wanted a refund I would have to bring thereceipt in because that is there policy .
