Went to pick up a DoorDash order at 8:15 on 1/06. The two women working had already locked the door when the hours on the door... say 9. I was knocking on the door and calling the store and the ladies would just look at me and turn away, giving me zeroexplanation. I waited in the cold for ten minutes just trying to pick up the order, and they refused to say a word to me, answerthe phone, or give me any sort of acknowledgment and continued mopping. This has got to be the worst Subway in Richmond. The staff can be rude, and they do not follow COMPANY STANDARDS. If you dont... tell them what to put on sandwich, they dont know how to make it.
