The place is very clean. Service was very good. The two young people worked in the back, one person made the flatbread... sandwiches and the other person made our smoothies. They were very friendly. I love the Detox Island Green, not sweet and hasa hint of ginger flavor. If you prefer sweet smoothies and you don?t like raw green veggie taste, Detox Island Green is not foryou. We?ve had plenty of good experiences with this TS. It seems they are normally understaffed, but we?ve always been patient... patrons. However, our last visit was nothing short of utter disappointment. The cashier (1)didn?t greet us and (2) was on herphone when we walked up to place our order. A few moments after putting her cell phone down, (3) she asked ?Are you ready??whilst she had her (4) elbows on the counter slouched over. We said thank you before we left and the associate (5) didn?t evenlook at us as she set our order on the counter, nonetheless say anything. This associate should be equipped with minimalcustomer service skills before public interaction. Had the cafe been busy with associates doing their best to serve guests, Iwould dismiss this. There was no rush, and 6 seated customers. While there were (6) no napkins available, the cafe did seem tobe clean. Unfortunately we won?t be coming back to the establishment. Read more

Easily the worst tropical smoothie I?ve ever been too. I had 3 employees starring me down as I ordered my food and they all... appeared extremely flustered for some reason. The restaurant was not busy at all, and I was the only person in there. They mayhave had some pick up orders I don?t know. But then when I got home with my food? I opened it, and they forgot the rice to theBaja chicken bowl. This is like forgetting the bun for a cheeseburger. I was in shock, but just made my own rice. Outrageously slow. Staff couldn?t seem bothered. The gentleman working was the only person putting forth any effort. Second time... arriving to pick up an online order and it isn?t ready 35-45 minutes past pick up time. This time they claimed they don?tbelieve my order took place. (Had to show my receipt and prove my purchase) Avoid this location. You?d get it faster if youdrive to a location further away. Read more

I?m a regular customer at this location due to the convenience of being close to my office. This location has made significant... improvements! If I had done my review after the first few visits, it would have been a 2 star. I place my order through the app,and every time I went to pick it up, I would stand there waiting.... no one ever greeted me or even looked my way. They justkept on doing whatever they were doing. I even had an employee walk to the front counter, not even address or acknowledge me andwalk away as if I didn?t exist. I?ve seen great improvements with that though. And the food is always delicious, freshlyprepared. The restaurant is always clean. Keep up the great work and keep striving for improvement! Read more
Mango smoothie hit the spot and the jerk chicken sandwich is my favorite. Service was pleasant.
