I love Waffle House! Went to Waffle House at W. Broad and Glenside. Sat at counter for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged... much less offered coffee. Left for the Waffle House on Brook Road I immediately received the Waffle House greeting and wasserved breakfast within 5 minutes. Laurie provided great service and the food was wonderful, as always. When coming to this location for a long time and they pulled through the pandemic really well but in the last year the service... has slowly been going down and it's finally reached the point where I'm never coming back to this location and may never eat itwaffle House again because this is not the only location that I've had issues with. My food is never right and if I asked tohave my food fixed I get horrible treatment. Well I can say the food always comes fast the hash browns are usually cold. And Godforbid you asked for toppings on your hash browns that they serve that aren't cheese or onions good luck ever getting them. I'mjust done and I suggest that anybody who comes to this location just find somewhere else. Read more
Good food but poor cleanliness & customer service. I called my order in & was told that I couldn't get my total because "it was... busy".. as of in-person customers are more important than call-in customers. He said the order would be about $20 but it wasactually closer to $30. When I arrived for pickup I was not greeted. Busy or not, a greeting is the bare minimum. Also thewaffle stations has tons of piled up batter.... I hope they're being careful about nut contamination. Read more

It's majorly good for takeouts. We went with 6 people and there was no table for holding 6 people, we had to split on adjacent... table. The maximum on one table is 4. There omlette is very good and servers are super nice. Waffles of course was also good.For vegetarians, it's only waffle but if you are into eggs, they customize it for you. I'm from NYC and this is my 1st time visiting a waffle house I've never felt such a WARM, WELCOMING & FAMILY FRIENDLY place. I... would honestly come back just for the service. Our waitress greeted us and was tied up with a big family and another demandingcustomer however the other waitress assisted us in the meantime. We ordered and the waitress had a great recommendation for mysister who never has a clue what to order. The grilled chicken tasted way better than the rubbery chicken from Crackerbarrel. The burger reminded me of my favorite Jr bacon from Wendy's. Crispy bacon ???? I was underwhelmed by the hash brownsand had to season it up. I must say that I was VERY impressed with waffles. ????
